I know my timing is not always the best, but apart from my ongoing mental and to a point my physical health difficulties I follow and love Rangers. Maybe one game in the future I'll go to without the need of ear defenders.

Shockingly sad to say I've not been to a game since December, just not been well enough. Been keeping tabs on everything going on and am improving. Hello to all out there. Tom.

Thanks people, an overdose/ suicide mission that got me detained for a period of time on an acute ward. After group therapy with Hibees, Tics and others I am getting better. I will say here and now regardless of my fellow patients loyalties they were good people with their own individual problems, naturally I took pelters but when it comes down to health, we all won.

Hello all, I was at the match for the first half but had to leave at half time due to not being well. We listened to most of the second half in the car on the way home and gutted I missed the goals. It was welcome to hackers corner in the first half, Well really are cynical. At least we got the 3 points but at what price?

We must play tight against them on saturday! Stay in the game for as long as we can, flood the midfield and frustrate them! It most certainly is achieveable!

My late dad first lifted me over the turnstiles at Ibrox in 1971, we emigrated to South Africa 2 years later, all we had were The Sunday Post and Mail to read up on the matches and catch up. He used to tear his hair out when we got beat, I often wonder would have been had satellite TV been around then. It is another world we live in now. @Fodtheprod.

@Floyder I never made it due to ill health, but watched it on tv. You are quite correct, not anywhere enough effort. Personally I thought he had a spurt last night then went off the radar but that's just my opinion. Some fellow bears have had a pop at Candeias, at least he tries and runs pretty much every game, if it came down to Windass or Candeias I know who I would keep.
