I'm not buying into this idea that we came up from the lower leagues and 6th is ok. We are bigger than that and have team that can finish second in my opinion. I understand we are underperforming recently but we need to have ambition for second place at least. Personally cannot see much difference in this league to the last except maybe them. I've been a critic of few our players recently but we need hope and ambition to drive this team forward.

this manager has a way of playing, attacking football, passing, nice to watch when working. right now it's not working but how many times did we see Smith or mcleish go out 442 451 and lob balls up the park or defend for their lives and still go through bad spells like this? let's face it their isn't a lot of managers out their right now that are better than Warburton.

There's plenty of managers out there better than warburton mate, all with vastly more experience. Let's not forget he wasn't Rangers first choice. The problem is the board won't splash the cash on someone of any note. 90% of Rangers fans hadn't even heard of Warburton before we signed him If we don't get someone in with REAL quality soon there's a serious chance Rodgers could take them to 10 in a row. This CANNOT happen.

The cash is not there to splash! That is the reality and for the life of me I can't understand if some think otherwise. Why would McInnes leave Aberdeen to be put through the wringer as, RFC boss with little resources and with a support that demand instant success. Ain't going to happen. RFC must focus on stopping the ten.

Cee

Smith and McLeish could change it when it wasn't working however Warburton can't. You say there isn't managers out there better than him but what exactly do you base that on? Do you think he is better than Rodgers? McInnes or Neilson? if so can you explain why he is better than them?

Not so sure McInnes wouldn't come, he's had a fair while at Aberdeen now and if the chance came to be Rangers boss it would be difficult for a former player to say no to the challenge and he would have more resources than he currently has.

Good managers are versatile. good managers are proactive rather than reactive. i'm starting to have my doubts about him. To continually play mckay and keirnan just proves my concerns.

@Bluenose .

u say there is 'plenty of manager better than Warburton, all with vastly more experience'

Give us some names mate!

Given Rangers budget, and the state of Scottish football tell me who these 'plenty of managers' are.
I ask this because I cannot think of anyone! If your going down the McInnes, Billy Davies road I'd rather have Warbs and Weir any day.
