It's amazing reading the messages on social media regarding Scott Allan. Fans from all clubs sending hibs messages of support while writing hate filled messages against us. You have to laugh when a raith rovers fan for example is questioning Allans logic for moving to what he sees as "a wee club with no money".

Or the other way to look at it is ( as some of your own fans on here have stated) only 22 thousand fans could be arsed turning up for what was the first game of what was supposed to be the start of a new era with a great new manager , there are lies , dammed lies and statistics but what can't be denied is he had about 28 thousand empty seats looking back at him .

22k for a midweek friendly against an English championship side is decent I'd say. I'll write a letter to Mr Warburton and apologise that I wasn't willing to take a days holiday from work to attend, ill keep said days holiday for the ridiculous Friday night games we are being forced to play in competitive competitions

A days holiday to get to a midweek game? How far away do you stay? Are you telling me the other 28 thousand folk who used to turn up for the old clubs champions league games or Europa league games all were on a days holiday? You played ONE friendly at home with a new board , new manager and new team and only 22 thousand made the effort, bottom line .

Think u'll find the game against stjarnan was attended by a lot more than 22,000 mate! And I don't recall any league game I was at havin 20,000 at it! And the only show in town! Use aren't even the support act for the champs in town! Patrick thistle can lay claim to that tag!! U can't be the only show in town when u play in Scotlands 2nd tier! U need to be in the big league before u can attempt to claim that title! Even your saviour Dave king says u'll never be as big as the champs!! Haha
