I'm led to believe the striker we're close to signing is dimitar berbatov, he'd score a barrowload of goals in scotland with his technique and ability in front of goal, he's a very clever player, this is also imo a realistic signing for us instead of a lot of these more far fetched signings we're being linked to signing although I'd really love it to be RVP! We can dream I suppose!

Class player in his day certainly. I saw him at play for Fulham a couple of times a few years ago and thought even then that he had lost his ambition and was going thru he motions. Not for me.
