First post on here but just curious, as I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. I want MB to go, I find his football overcomplicated and not enjoyable. But on the other hand, we still have no DOF so if we sack him what would be the point because we still don't have anyone who's knowledgeable enough to know who could replac him. Also we need to stick with one way of playing and build a club philosophy instead of hiring managers who play at different tempos and with different ideas in terms of width and player roles. Would make sense to get a DOF in and then make that decision with regards to the manager, I know John said that we 3 candidates have been sounded out. What's everyone's thoughts?

I'd rather have no manager than Beale. bring in someone as a caretaker manager, while we get someone permanent.

Fair point John and Mark I just think it would make sense to get a DOF in first so that whatever manager takes over from Beale, they are both on the same wavelength in regards to how the team plays and the profile of players we need, rather than just hiring someone with no clear direction of where we want to go.

Dof should have been appointed by now, that is my main criticism of the present board.
