We are in a sorry state right now and unfortunately there is no quick fix solution. It is evident from Beale's signings that he intended to play 4222 or 41212. Lots of central midfielders and central forwards in the squad. Unfortunately, his preferred system has not worked and this has resulted in players playing out of position. A new manager with different ideas would have to overhaul the squad and that is not possible. Any player assets we had have also been sold and our performances to date have not added value to what we have. In any case, we can't buy anyone until Christmas. I must admit that even during preseason there was obvious concerns regarding lack of pace, width or variety, poor link up play, lack of technical ability and lack of sharpness in front of goal. Fan frustration is understandable. Of our signings, Only has proved to be ready and right. It is up to others to get up to that level. Our saving grace is that the other lot are looking shaky as well. But we need to get our act together before they do.

Sure it’s possible, u simply sell the players u don’t want and sign players to replace them. Exactly what mb done.
A new manager would have few months to assess the players and decide what ones to keep or move in and replace.
It’s pretty straight forward tbh.

Who are we going to sell the players to? Nobody wants them because they are dross. I absolutely do not believe that we got anywhere near 5 million for Kamara. The boy was a decent player for us but that's all he was, decent. Not good and not outstanding. He couldn't even get a game for us under Beale. What kind of leverage do we really have over clubs coming in for players like that? We know that guys we signed for around a million each (Cantwell and Raskin) are keeping Glen out the squad but trust us, he is worth 5 million. Give me a break.

Ally62 if we take a loss so be it, we do our job and find buyers and get the highest possible fee. That’s all u can do.
What’s the alternative?
Keep the players and lose the next 4 leagues n cups and take a severe smelling in Europe every year?
No.
We do our job, sell the players we don’t want for as much as we can get and bring in the best players we c a with what we have.
It’s basic football management mate
