Nope he definitely did bigben every players fitness is improving the ground covered last night was far better same on Saturday as well we will only improve on fitness and everything on the football side so exciting for me the football we play will be top notch in a couple of months. ?.

Kent the most important player to re sign imo. If Alfredo leaves Beale will find a replacement on his wages. I'm not so sure finding a Kent replacement will be as easy.

Big Ben 72 when I saw him coming out the tunnel last night I turned and said to my mate alf looks so much leaner. When he is in that condition (as he should be) we all know how capable he is but I'm one of the ones that have been taking pelters on here for calling out his fitness and shape wich I find ridiculous it was glaringly obvious for the whole world to see but felt like I wasn't allowed to mention it on here. I as a season ticket holder 29 years have never seen a player so out of shape but if I mentioned it I was being shot down didn't understand it. I love alf every bit as much as anyone on here and was so disappointed with it and should everyone that loves our club we should never accept that of any player. I'll finish by saying alf was back to his best last night long may it continue. The press was spot on last night as was the interchanging the triangles and also the long ball up to sakala superb boys and mb I'm so excited about what's to come from this group.
