Does anyone else think we should just pull the plug on the Colak deal. PAOK are taking the piss. We should move on to other targets and leave them with an Unhappy player to deal with.

Totally agree. Unfortunately because we have dithered yet again we've missed out on a better player around same price Dallinga, he has signed for Toulouse.
Hope that I'm wrong but Cloak doesn't really impress me.

Sorry but how do you know 1) if we were interested at all in Dallinga? The rumours only started after an article by Rangers Review suggesting we should maybe look at him, I’ve seen nothing from anywhere to suggest we were actually in for him. And 2) That he is a better player? I’d hazard a guess you’d never heard of him a few weeks ago. From what I’ve watched on YouTube (I know, it’s only YouTube) he seems to be good at finishing when the balls put on a plate for him practically one on one with the keeper, but that’s just about all the clips showed of him. Wasn’t able to see how he is on the ball, what his passing or hold up play is like, how he might be against a packed defence? And remember, all of his goals came against Dutch second division level defenders and keepers.
I know it’s a bit frustrating that the Colak deal isn’t done yet, but everything from our end apparently is, fees agreed, personal terms agreed, unfortunately PAOK are just being arsey and waiting till they have a replacement. So do we cut our noses off to spite our face and pull out, to then have to spend more time and effort finding and going after someone else who wasn’t first choice? Our do we just try to be patient?

Seriously Alloa? Have you not been following the reports? The clubs have agreed a fee, the player has agreed terms and is desperate to come to us, PAOK are just refusing to complete the deal until they have a replacement in. Not sure why you are having a go at the player.

Yip colak desperate to sign for us but the carry on with his club PAOK is very amateurish to say the least and we shouldn't be held by strings the way they're going about this whole charade ?.

Re. Dallinga, second hand info. from a friend who had heard about him on a Netherlands trip. Also Gio connection could have made it possible. Sure it was also mentioned on News Now.
