As to VAR. it's only as good as the people operating it. If it's the usual useless biased officials then no better than before.

I'm close to an SPL referee. He told me ages ago that VAR will help however his point was that it isn't going to be used for everything so fans will still blame referees if it suits their agenda. His point imo is fair enough.
