Personally, I love it, love the bitterness, love that they feel the need to justify winning the league (compared to the gers in the EUL final), absolutely love it!
I was out at lunchtime driving to get myself organised (cycling the Caladonian way, starting tomorrow) and witness two 40/ 45 year olds walking down the street in full girodome tracksuits, and I just couldn’t help passing myself laughing.
Their hurting, their hurting because they ‘need’ to justify why winning the league is bigger than the bears in the final of a European competition because it’s all about the Rangers, even their own fans are more obsessed with the Rangers than their own team, yet we died over 10 years ago!
So, I’m loving the fact that a club that ‘died’ over 10 years ago is both more important than their own club, and feels the need to justify their achievements in comparison to the best team in Scotland.
It’s always been about the Rangers and always will be!
Bathe in their bitterness and tears and just forget about them as we’re bigger, better and more loyal to our team and I’m also loving the fact the new songs are both epic and nothing to do with that mob as making songs about them gives gravitas they don’t deserve.
