Right now if the managers names wasn't Steven Gerrard he would be sacked. Now now I'm a fan of SG. But he got his name slippy G for a reason. Now it's catching up. I think it's time to remove me Gerrard and bring in a manager that will not pick his favourites. The league is gone.

But mathematics we can still win it if Celtic drop points. The cups are gone.

Europa League there is no chance. Leverkusen will destroy us. One name stands out Kai havetz.

I just think we should as a fan base stand up to this and get the board to spend money on a manger that can win things not someone taking the seat for the first time.

That's my opinion on this.

So what do you mean as a fan base we should stand up? And do what exactly.

Taking the blinkers off would be a start.

Twacoos. Start a protest to get him out. We should be sitting pretty in the league challenging Celtic with this game in hand to sit top. Not sitting 12 pp NTS behind and out and other cup. Gerrard as manager sounds great but he's in a league that's a two horse race ( well should be ) and he can't even cut it to a point. it's time for him to leave!

We are all entitled to an opinion of course but poor Mr Gerrard if all his "fans" are like the opening poster and want him sacked.
To bring in who? How much will it cost to again throw the baby out with the bath water?
He has started making substitutions earlier. He will hopefully soon realise James Tavernier is absolutely not a captain and his perennial absence in defense hugely reduces the odds of a clean sheet.
Some didn't fancy Candieas but boy did he help cover up Tavernier's defensive frailties.
I think we all know Hearts cannot handle a team playing two up front against them but with Kamberi being cup tied, Morelos out of form and out of favour and Defoe maybe not ready to play 90 minutes the options were few today.
Things can only get better - and they will- c'mon SG - "Let's go. "
