As a fan who never wanted beale at all am so glad we got rid of him clement gets the best out of our players and shows you how bad beales recruitment was lammers loaned out cifentues possibly going and although today was poor some games we have got the win can't help but think under beale would have been dropped points for me personally he never had the mentality to manage us job was always to big for him but under Clement the future looks good and his recruitment seems better even the fact he's having a pop at players being out of contract when it shouldn't happen seems positive for us.
