Mark, I trust the board to get the right DOF in place, I agree the next window is massive, but we need the right appointment as the wrong person will be a disaster. The DOF is just important as the manager.

Massive transfer window coming up we need a min of 2-3 good players I think. Also when you look at a lot of these European sides playing in champs/ Europa League they're getting a lot of young players on the cheap and playing them regular and then selling them on for good money. No idea why rangers don't do this i definitely think we need a good scouting network to source better players.
