I see we may also have an interest in signing russian goalkeeper andrey lunev, who's currently at bayer leverkusen ? He's the former zenit st. petersburg goalkeeper but my own preference for greegs replacement would be jack butland ?.

If indeed beale was over in italy last week trying to do a deal for ola solbakken on loan with option to buy, that would be a cracking signing for us ?I really wanted us to sign andreas skov olsen a year or so ago and solbakken would make up for us not getting olsen ?.

Jack Butland keeps coming up with no indication that Butland is remotely interested in playing for Rangers. I generally think it's fantasy to think he's coming up here.

Sirwalt snap man was talking to someone about lunev a while back decent keep and also one of the many free keepers I was talking about.

There are a few keepers going on bosmans right now.

if McGregor is in fact choosing retirement I'd look to move on McLaughlin too and sign two keepers and let them battle it out with mccrorie for the No1 spot.

I would be going all out to get Christian Walton, starts play from the back (Beale's preference) has slabs for hands lol, amazing reflexes, etc.
currently has the best shutout record of all goalkeepers in the english league's including the EPL.

walton footage starts at 1.03 - best highlight vids i can find, seems to be flying under the radar for some reason but what a keeper he is.
former England U21 keeper and is till young for a GK, Beale is well aware of his talents, exactly what we need at rangers, would shore up a lot of those silly goals we have been leaking lately, 2-3 mill and he is ours, guys solid hasn't been scored against in 7 or 8 games aka 700-800 minutes.

We have suitable back up for the no2 GK spot with Mclaughlin and Mcrorie, Mcrories last game was under GVB against celtic, which was a clean sheet and we won that game, That is why he should start in the cup game next week, and Mclaughlin took the all time SPFL record of 7 clean sheets in a row during Gerrards spell, when Mcgregor was injured at the start of that season.

I'd be looking at nyland the Norwegian keeper great distribution and a No1 for Norway and sure he's either out of contract or in last year of deal soon.

I'd also sign another keeper to fight it out with

McLaughlin not good enough.
