Had a chat with someone who I trust today and apparently Goldson has had a change of heart and favours staying with us. time will tell but fingers crossed as he's been ever present and top performer in the big games.

Funny that Scotty, I wonder if he'd have had a change of heart if we hadn't made the Europa League final. You guys are right though he has been an ever present, I have always thought that he has a silly mistake in him, which he has done numerous times but hopefully he can focus on his game now and move forward with us. His long range passing is a thing of beauty. Hopefully we can get Kent and Morelos tied down aswell.

Hopefully would need to spend 5/ 6million on a replacement he’s been class plus would need to spend the same on another cb so 10/ 12 million on cbs alone.

I don't get the logic of people saying we need to spend big money to replace player which is clearly not the case when you look at what prices or squad were signed for . itten came with reasonably hefty price tag yet Morelos and Defoe done better than him 🤨 money signing does not = success.

GoforBig, it is all about the quality of our Scouting. There are some quality Bosmans available right now and I have to believe that there are some good players in Eastern Europe, the Far East and the lower European Leagues if we have a good Scouting System in place.
