I respect everyone's opinion on here. I respect that there is some who still believe in MB, and want him to continue. I respect those who can see MB is failing and want change before it's too late. We're all Rangers supporters.
For me, I want change and I believe Beale was the wrong choice to start with, and unfortunately, this is proving to be true. Even though I want Beale out, not once have I ever wanted us to get beat in order to hasten his departure. If any fan does wish that, then they are not a fan.
Alas, If MB continues I have accustomed myself to expect nothing but misery and failure until the day he is gone. I know that is terrible, however, how can I have any faith in the guy? Some will be shocked I say this, and I can see the replies of "keep the faith" etc etc, but here's my reason.
The definition of faith is - complete trust or confidence in someone. Now, Is there anyone on here who has "complete" trust and confidence in MB? Please be honest.

I believe he’s a good coach and good tactician
I don’t think he’s got a good eye for a player, on current evidence.
He’s also not a great man manager.
Way he dealt with transfers in and out, he made a lot of mistakes.

A good tactition u having a laugh no one knows his tactics all around me in copland rear don't know even on radio stations social media even mb doesn't know and being a good coach doesn't make u a good manager he's not a manager and his speach after each game gives me the fear.

I have complete confidence and trust in him. I I’ve been a massive fan of Beale’s since his time as Rangers assistant. I use to read a lot of his written work and learned a lot about European and Scottish football because of it. Especially the challenges teams from Scotland face when you need technicality in Europe, but physicality domestically. It explains why so many Scottish teams have struggled to do well on both fronts at the same time over the decades. It’s a very specific kind of player we are after but that’s the reason we went after guys like Bassey to begin with. Let’s not forget, that recruitment drive built a squad that stopped 10IAR, won a league as invincible champions, and reached a major European final. He CAN identify players and has worked with, or tracked some of our summer signings, for years. He is passionate about the game, he is passionate about Rangers. We could do a lot worse than have this man as our manager. There isn't even a clear or obvious replacement out there. People just want him gone with delusions of bringing guys like Bielsa, and Knutsen. We’re more likely to end up asking McInnes and with fingers crossed he won’t knock us back again.

When Gerrard left I would have offered the job to Beale then.

Sacking Beale now would be a massive mistake. Thankfully, I have full confidence in Beale’s ability to keep winning. He wins more games of football than any manager we’ve had before, so just keep doing that.

Can I ask what makes you think he's a good tactician stevie? I'm not talking about his time as coach under SG, I'm talking about just now mate.

You u can be a good coach but takes different skills to be a good manager.

Sure raise the Roofe no problem atall mate
As I said I think good tactician and coach, NOT a good man manager.

I’m basing my answer on his previous time here and his standing among peers in the game, not solely on this time as I don’t think that’s the right way to judge, so I can answer it mate but not solely based on now.

I think he’s a good tactician and coach because that was his job under Steven Gerrard. We out performed some top drawer teams in Europe under that coaching set up.
We went on some crazy unbeaten run against Celtic under that team also.
He was the man coaching the players and coming up with the tactics for games, that’s why I wonder is he a better coach than manager. I think we all know that answer is yesS
He’s written coaching manuals and is very well spoke of and thought of within the game which I don’t do or get without knowing your stuff or being good at what u do.
Even this season we can all see the players are not very good, he’s still getting something from them result wise.
The tactics against betis were spot on in which he basically missed out the mf as he knew we’d be outplayed by their quicker feet and brain, their mf to attack would’ve destroyed us so he went direct with the pacey wisemen getting the ball upto them quickly, Lawrence aswell as the ball carrier from middle to front.
It was all about missing the mf and getting the ball to Lawrence Matondo sima to just run with.
I didn’t expect the set up he went with and it worked.
He surprised us all, apart from coops, with his team.

So as much as we aren’t playing good football just now and he’s made mistakes in transfer market in and out, he speaks a lot of nonsense at times after games.

As a coach he obviously has it, stevie g has stated this himself and so have the players.
As a tactician it’s based on mostly previous time with us but as for now he’s still getting the points.

But I do accept what u mean and where your coming from mate.

My thoughts are he’s likely a better coach, or no2
Maybe with a dof in place he’d do better aswell.
That’s just my take on it for what it matters.

Stevie and Trueblue hit the nail on the head. He’s a COACH, not a manager, not a chief scout and not a DOF. The problem is that he’s doing all of them. I would’ve rather had someone like Gary Mac as manager and Beale as head coach then at least he could put 100% into coaching and not need to worry as much about press, recruiting and man management.

All I here is people avoiding the posters question about being honest.

Raise the roofe

I 100% agree with your post I do not have faith in him

Personally he strikes me as a person who over complicates football

He buys four players in attacking areas who have combined less goals than kyogo scored then seems puzzled why we don't score goals ?

He gets rid of pace players in Kent and sakala who were first team picks over matondo who he didn't even have in his euro squad at first so didn't even rate him in his 20odd best players and now he's first choice ????????sells pace players and fails to recognise what the fans seen from first two friendlies

Managers and players act like fans know nothing I believe fans have a better view of the game and an unbiased veiw on players as they don't know them personally and 100% judge on what they do on park and not Thier personality off the park.

This is one
Problem for me with certain posters . They twist things to suit their narrative . Raise the roofe The definition of the term you qoute keep the faith is

: to continue to believe in, trust, or support someone or something when it is difficult to do so.

A wee difference methinks my friend in your implication.

Never a man manager, allegedly two players were fined yesterday for not wearing suit and tie b4 walking on pitch pre match

One went absolutely ballistic with Beale, anyone picking up anything.

What I’m reading here is that in theory Michael Beale should be a good manager because he’s written some books on the subject of football. Sadly he has been given the chance to put these theories to the test at Ibrox and so far he’s failing.
This is possibly Michael Beales Achilles he just complicates a simple game and has recruited players have no idea what to do.

Naw John, it was a post on twitter mate, I seen the pictures and video. Bailey rice had suit on but Lovelace slightly behind in a club tracksuit, looked like a travel tracksuit.
Big Conor had a diff tracksuit on like the one we train in.
I never knew they had be a fined, I actually stuck up for players and said perhaps they were in early to do fitness work or physio?
It does look quite strange at first look but I thought maybe there was a reason behind it John.
