Let’s hope Rangers can get the Sima deal over the line. Cifuentes for the rumoured fee of about £1m would be good business too. Whatever money is left HAS to be spent on a striker. Beyond that I don’t see much action until players are sold.

Sima certainly looks the part. If there is an option to buy we might have pulled off an amazing deal. This lad was rated very highly indeed just a few years ago.

Maybe need 2 Beale mate if Davies moves on we only have Conor big Souttar and king. I’d say we need 2 left centre backs and 1 should be Scottish trained to film criteria for Europe. Either that or sign a Scottish trained centre mid to bolster squad. It’s all a number game and we are 1 Scottish trained player short of euro squad criteria.

Again I said at the time it was a stupid deal by rangers to pay the amount we did for a guy who didn't even get a game for Liverpool fast forward one season and looks like we are trying to move him on and now doubt at a loss.

Everything surrounding his deal private life unfortunate issues and other screamed no deal but we went ahead anyway ?

A defence with ben davies doesn't win the league against a strong celtic i'm sorry. John souttar easily first pick if he can stay fit but debateable. Needs more focus put on improving defence and not with a project player. And barasic replaced.

I think we should’ve gave him a 2 year loan to livi to be assessed after that similar to what Chelsea do we tie down the players and long term loans so we have control over future fees and the chance to bring them back.

John, who do u feel we need to bring in to get our 8th Scottish trained player to fill squad criteria? Does Bailey rice qualify as that player?
