Cing a few things saying Jon Flanagan might b coming to train with us after being released by Liverpool. Was on loan at Bolton last season but had a few fitness issues. On a free and at only 25 would it b a decent bit of business?

Can remember watching him when he was in and around the Liverpool first team, bit raw but was hard and game. If he could recreate his form he would tighten up the back no question.

He was released due to pleading guilty to assaulting his wife he shouldn’t be anywhere near our club

Have to agree but all accounts it was quite a vicious assault on her. We don’t need that sort of guy at the club

Don't condone his actions at all but we did sign gazza! Mind you as Flanagan is he's no a gazza
