In my opinion, as far as Dorrans and Walker are concerned both hearts and west brom are concerned they both have time on their hands so don't need to sell at the moment. If it was nearer the end of the transfer window, it may have been different, but why take an offer the think is too low when there is plenty of negotiation time left.

West Brom have nothing to do with the Dorrans transfer. He will be a rangers player before the season starts. I have no doubts what so ever about that!

Think we should move on from dorrans. he's 30 yr old and done nothing over the last yr or so why pay £1.5 or more. just because he's a bluenose people are choking for him to sign.

Personally I think Walker would have a bigger impact on our team and spending the cash on him makes more business sense also. Barjonas should also be kept and not sold as part of any Dorrans deal. 'd rather we went for Walker and another with the 1.5m or push the boat out and spend 2m to get Walker and McLean.
