Just posting what I have heard. Supposedly Vladimir Wiess is expected to be a Rangers player by Monday.

When I see it I'll believe it. Been impressed with dealings so far, will be even further impressed if Weiss happens. I somehow doubt it though.

Given the other players we are linked with I think this Weiss story is pure nostalgia. I'd much rather see us find a partner for Alves and a 25 goal a season striker, as the MF is shaping up well.

I might also be in the minority, but I think Barrie would flourish in our new look MF, in a wide area, as there are better players around him, and a lot less pressure on him to be the match winner at 22.

I'm sure I read somewhere that Pedro said he would cost 2.7m and Rangers could not spend that kind of money on one player. Things may have changed since then, or it was possibly just to cool down questions from the press on transfer budget etc. Who knows but there is clearly money to spend this window.

I get the feeling that Barry is not a big fan of hard work and would prefer it if Warburton came in for him. He had ability but I do worry that his attitude is all wrong and he will never fulfil his true promise.
