When you say legitimately. Do you classify paper talk, rumours pages and cabbies as 'legitimate' sources of info? If you do:

And I am sure there is more. Only Knox has been confirmed but the rest are purely speculation.

I hope the dom ball buy out is true but sure he would cost
in excess of a mill
do not believe ere is any legs in story again he will go south on 15k per week
I believe they are talking Gordon and McGovern from hams
as both will be on freebies but warbs is keen on Bentley
again it depends on moving bell on
pringle all depends on the boy being happy to move to
Scotland and on a lot less than he would expect in englland.
