lads am curious as to what people are expecting from rangers next season? I've saw on a few facebook pages that we're expected to win the league but let's be realistic here. i'd be happy with a top 3 finish, few decent games in the Europa (providing we get there) and a solid cup run. what do yous think?

We are 5 good signings away from a title challenge. If we nit together a solid team that plays week in, week out, there is no doubt in my mind we could challenge.

Having said that, that would be the bonus scenario, it would still be acceptable to finish 2nd/ 3rd, with some signs of promise.

look all we can ask for is maximum effort we were lucky this year that all the new signings jelled straight away its not often that happens for next season it will be a case of suck it and see but i have every confidence with the management team.

In all serious I can see us at least top 3 but as for winning the league I really do think a lot will depend on what Celtic do this summer, they still have good players and with a decent manager plus new signings it might be hard to get that title back from them, but it will also depend on who we buy, I'm really looking forward to see who we sign plus I have high hopes for crooks and windass, since we signed them I've been keeping an eye on them and both look to be great signings but time will tell guys, this is the first transfer window in years that I've looked forward to lol.

Guys take a breather
beat a very poor Celtic team who hit the woodwork three times and apart from Tierney didn't turn up. We haven't won a game since! Alloa? Livingston? St Mirren settle down?
This transfer window will be the most important thing to happen to us for years.
Fingers crossed.

saw a post yesterday on facebook about knox saying " henricks his hero" which is fine, larrsson was a fantastic player and i would have had him in my team any time. the only annoying thing about it is it sounds like a "come get me" plea to celtic.

well considering what he said was I'm a celtic fan but that wouldn't stop be from signing for Rangers. I don't think it is. The kid seems sensible, it looks like he wants to further his career not his bank balance. I doubt he is another Scott Allan (money grabbing so and so)

has everyone forgot that we've signed wee windass on a pre season for next season? we have enough strikers. personally I was at school with Cummings and he's a wee ****er and always will be. he scores goals aye but he's honestly not the sort of player you want at rangers.

He has been rank rotten during hibs collapse. Like a lot of young Scottish players he doesn't have the mentality to make the most of his natural talent- could end up going same way as Garry O'Connor and tam McManus.

Windass isn't an out and out striker so I think we do need another striker in. Currently there is Waghorn, Miller, Clark and Hardie. Miller is 36, Hardie still young and Clark won't get another contract so I am baffled as to why u think we don't need a striker?

most likely get him on loan so we can develop him for Liverpool, can't see them letting go of a youngster with as high as a potential that you're saying he has.

totally agree with the lack of pace but who buys a CB because he's fast? its like saying I buy my strikers on how well they can tackle.

Id bite someones hand off to have hanley, how people say he's not good enough is beyond me when he's playing every week for Blackburn and hardly ever misses a Scotland game so he must be doing something right.

Love looked decent when he came on in man u Europa league game against midgeyland. I think we only really need 2 TALL CB's one for cover, a back up RB, and a few midfield players certainly a holding midfielder is needed. I have confidence that windass will score over 20 goals for us next season.
