I think Stubbs will have Scott Allan going to Celtic if the offer of £500,000 is true plus players terms but then it is up to Scott Allan!

heard last nigh from reliable source s.a.be away at end of month but not to rangers.
hear also septic coming in with a bid of £450K and mcgeogh and they will let scott allan go on loan till January back to hibs
