Only news to report so far is Ipswich are the latest team to show interest in Scott Allan. And vuckic who is still a free agent is still open to a moved to rangers

I would sign Vuckic. He may lack pace and was absent against Motherwell but he performed in more games than not and is powerful and will score goals. Technically better than what we had last season to link up with him.

He was not released, Newcastle have just stated he is free to look for another club as they don't see a future for him with them. Any club would need to buy him or he can sign a pre in January

I assume you don't work in the business world southsidehooly. Why would we buy Allan right at this second? he is our main competition next season Hib' strongest player. Hibs need the money. If we are going to buy him are we better not to wait until to nearer to window closing 1. Hibs won't be able to refuse the cash 2. We leave stubbs with next to no time to work out a replacement. Say we throw £850K as most have quoted Hibs way now to secure Allan, Stubbs will likely go out and buy a few players, and quite possibly target others we ourselves are targeting. If another club bid for Allan in the mean time and we don't want to lose out (and its in our price range) the club will make their move. The window only opened yesterday. People need to remember that before that we were brining in free agents. Its a bit stpuid to cry fowl at MW and DK after 24 Hours.
