If you're happy with Barry for Rohl, you're crazy. Barry was here for 4 months last year and won twice at Ibrox in the league. Barry Ferguson would be an awful appointment, worse than Gerrard or the likes.

The manager could be better with his in game management, and when other teams change their styles, but I really think much of this is down to individual players going through the motions. We have a mentality problem.
Constantly chopping and changing the manager is not the answer. Beale and Martin aside, we have had good managers, had poor player mentality. It will be interesting to see if this changes next season with so many moving on.

Yet, Beale has the highest win percentage at 72%. Seems we're never happy. Big Phil 66%, Stevie 64%, Gio 61%, Rohl 56%, but I guess it's also the amount of games each managed that could throw up a better assessment of actual numbers if all had the same amount.

Seems we have. Look how long Andrew Cavenagh supported Russell Martin for, now he's supporting Rohl. We thought things were bad, they are bad.
We keep hearing we can't keep sacking managers, that's correct, but we can't keep duds and we the supporters don't get to pick them, but if I did first thing Saturday night I'm asking Hearts to speak to McInnes.
