I don't know and can't speak for every poster on here but we as a club must as soon as we possibly can press on with the appointment of our new sporting director and new permanent manager, with time and preparation paramount, for next season with no wriggle room to delay and wait around ?If they know this takeover is definitely happening imo we must move as fast as we can with the appointment of a sporting director and identity our next permanent manager ?.

John and Asathor I 100% agree with you both. You have both been saying continuously that there was no issue and the deal was going to be done. Yet every day folk have been panicking over the latest load of trash in the Record and Sun. When are people going to learn that these 'journalists' have to churn out a new story / take on an existing story every day or they won't have a job.
So the longer anything goes on after it is first reported they will constantly release contradicting stories back and forth just to get the masses reading / clicking. They wouldn't have a job otherwise. But realistically most of the time there is as much truth in these stories as what comes out Trump's pie hole.

Just to add to the above posts and state some stuff that is easily accessible online.
Chris Jack states in his article that the confirmation of the deal complete is still "several weeks away" and that it's being held up by legals and regulatory approvals.
On the manager front it has already been stated that there will be no announcement on new manager until completion of the season.
All in all. Patience is the buzzword.

The Easdales' 2.9% of shares were never an influencing factor in the takeover. The route to the 51% was established at the end of March. An announcement is not quite imminent but will take about three more weeks to finalise legalities, so it will be mid-May.
