Documents filed with Companies House have highlighted role changes at the club.
It was revealed Graham Horsman has been appointed as club secretary.
Horsman had joined Rangers in January as a football legal counsel but will now take over this new role.
A second Companies House update confirmed James Taylor's departure as secretary.
Taylor is now chief financial officer at the club.
The termination of Creag Robertson's role as a director at Rangers was also confirmed in the document.

Taylor must have been covering two jobs, he`s been the CFO for the last year and he released the accounts last week .

Parasites usually suck the life out of something. These guys have pumped a lot of money in. Some will never see it again. John, do you mean Bennett will want his loans out of the club ASAP or do you mean wanting a higher interest on payback over time?

John has Bennett asked for his loan to be repayed in full. Surely there would've been a repayment plan in place for the loan to be paid with interest over a period of time agreed by both.

Not at this stage, yes there is a payment plan in which he can request all his cash with in one year, he is at present very good to our club and converts modest to shares.
If he does not take it as shares we have a big big issue.

All these people who have demanded that Bennett and others be gone obviously have no idea how the club is set up financially, if these people get fed up with the abuse and start taking their money out we are in big, big, trouble.
There was a guy on here who used to say that they are only interested in their blazers and their seats in the directors box, its a very expensive way to get these things .

What happens when guys convert loans to shares? These guys then get a larger percentage shareholding, do the other shareholders get the option to buy more shares to stop their holding being diluted? Is there a limit on how much can be converted to shares for FFP reasons?
Asking on the off chance someone might know.
