Definitely don`t want him near the job, his defeatist attitude and style of football is not what we need or want going forward. Hearing him tipped for the Rangers job because his team fluked a win on Sunday is a joke, didn`t see the press and pundits pushing him forward as a candidate to replace Brenda when he beat the other mob twice last season.

As much as I thought Clement got a tune out of the players when he came in and did well you have to look at the bigger picture which is not good. Played Celtic five times won zero by playing the same formation making the same mistakes, lost the league after a twelve point swing, the football this season is poor and lucky to have the points we have!
Derek McInnes will have Rangers organised and get more Scottish players in the side plus he knows how to build a team just like a Walter Smith (albeit not comparing both), I was also led to believe that he turned the job down previously because Walter Smith told him not to go because of the issues in the boardroom. This will be the same guys that say they don't want McInnes will be the same guys that said Lewis Ferguson wasn't good enough to play for Rangers. Before his injury being liked with Juventus.

I would like yo see our club show a bit more ambition than that. He is a good mid table manager but for me I'd like to see someone who has a proven winning record as a manager. That won't care who a player is when picking a team sheet.

Would be keeping an eye on John Euston, if Birmingham never sacked him they would have a slight chance of playing epl this season in of league one, he had them hign in the table and playing decent football, still can't work out the thinking of sacking him and replacing him with Rooney, he's doing a good job at Blackburn now.

I think Mcinnes would do a good job at Rangers personally
Knows how to set a team up for the opponent, when he was Aberdeen manager he consistently managed to finish 2nd and get to cup finals on a shoe string
He’s made killie hard to beat, Team picks it’s moments when to attack and when to defend
Historically we’ve always had pragmatic managers and set out hard to beat, my only issue with Del is his European record but I think he’d bring trophy’s to Ibrox (albeit with a more Walter like defensive first style of football )

Cuilin72 read some of his interviews before and after his repeated beatings at Aberdeen by the other mob, he almost conceded before they played. I think his record was one win against them in all that time and even that was the one that they let them win so that we could not be second. Yeah, he managed 2nd and a couple of cup finals, but he only won one of them and even ICT managed that.
If some fans want that and the style of football that he plays then good luck to them but I don`t want to see it.
Wee Iain, not really a proper comparison between judging an experienced managers record and style of play and a young player who at the time was not judged good enough by some . Personally I thought all he did was kick him way through Scottish football and I`m shocked that he has done so well in Italy. Good Luck to him though.
