Heard some chat, not from anyone in anyway connected to the club, that we have a few loan offers for McCrorie - however we'd prefer him to move to a higher level than the current suitors.
We're still keen on Ozer, but won't move until we can secure an acceptable move for McCrorie.
Also hearing, from within the club, that we're looking at another young American from Germany as a potential replacement for Sakala.

We only need a new nine if we can get roofe off books otherwise we are stuck with what we have. Sakala in a pinch is not too bad for third option.

Good enough for third choice bouncy? Name striker we can get to come to the club knowing they will be third choice or even 4th if roofe sorts his head out. Not as easy as you make it out to be to just get someone. Sounds like you want someone for the sake of it and sakala never got a proper run at any point in season and when he did get game time he was either deployed left wing or right wing think I remember one game he played as the main forward and he scored ? strange thought eh play a guy in his position and he scores who'd have thunk it ??.

When bringing in a 3rd choice striker we should be taking a chance on a young promising striker, with good numbers, from a lesser league. That’s how we unearth another gem like Morelos. Let’s not forget, many people looked down their nose at the Morelos signing when he first came because he was scoring goals in Norway.
Plenty of talent out there. It’s about having the scouts to find them. Rangers have invested heavily in barroom staff. One of them must know of a young promising striker Rangers can take a chance on.

Think you'll find it was Finland not Norway and it wasn't the club that scouted him it was a big push and recommendation from JJ that got Morelos to Ibrox. And what do you think sakala was. It's not that easy to go buy a quality youth anymore clubs want multi millions if you said about giving one of guys we already have a go I might have agreed but can't keep splashing cash without people going out the door.

A rangers coach identified Morelos? That’s called scouting. I’d like to think, with all the new back room staff Rangers have, that someone there will know of a talented young player Rangers can bring in. If they don’t there’s something very wrong.
Not everyone is a Sakala, sometime you get a Morelos. You just need good enough scouts. Buying a young quality player doesn’t involve ‘splashing cash’ - Morelos was bought for £1m. Tavernier, Kamara, Aribo, all cost very little. It’s all about scouting.

I think early haaland did ok for Norway did he not . tore Andre Flo. alfe Inge haaland. John Carew. Morten gamst pederson and John Arne rise.
