Been told today we're close to pulling out for the signing of Colak, Wilson and Co unhappy with Paok and how they're dealing with the transfer
Other interesting thing I've been told about our lack of movement in the market and the need to sell before we buy is that we've agreed to pay Ashley between 5-8m over-the-legal dispute over kits.

Problem is we woulld not be told to pay between £5m and £8m we would be told a specific figure if a settlement had been agreed, it would not be a rough figure, so not making sense to me.

I have no idea how well Colak will play in Scotland but unless we are quietly working on an alternative then I would just like us to get on with it! Whether threatening to pul out would spur PAOK into action is debatable.
As for the comments on Ashley, I doubt that this is the case since, as said above, any Court based requirement would be for a fixed figure and I have to believe that the Media would have found out since Ashleigh is certainly no shrinking violet and would have loved the Publicity!

Well obviously the person who informed me was guessing but doesn't know the exact amount and that's all I know, don't get why people jump down people's throats on here for nothing, it's what I've heard whether it's true Or not I don't know.

The colak signing to us is dragging on a bit now and we can't wait forever on PAOK making their mind up ?If everything's been agreed give PAOK an ultimatum of a deadline to allow colak to finalise his move to us or the deal is off and we move on to other targets!

Maximum damages was no more than 1m, it was in the court papers related to the contract between both parties and why we were at court. Joe Black has all the documents on Twitter to view.

Amorelos and detmcclane am sure it was sorted out of court between rangers and Ashley.
