Morelos close to signing new three year deal
Bassey has been offered four year deal as has aribo
Kent has returned to Scotland with his girl friend and their horses. She has taken up a job here
Gio allegedly wants four first team starters. No names apart from we r seriously interested in Bazoer and wanted doehki
Ramsey allegedly has indicated he would sign a pay as u pay deal.

Thanks John. That's some exciting news and I'd be delighted if all those deals were done. I know some may feel that Ramsey shouldn't be brought back, but I think he has shown some wonderful touches (albeit not as frequently as we would like) and he would be well worth a pay as you play deal on sensible terms.

Morelos and bassey signing contract extensions would be great john, 4 starters sounds good with mccann and lowry added into the first team as well, not sure how much money we'll spend in the summer, good free signings available this summer, we don't have to spend big to have success, that el final team cost very little, also we need to move some current players on that aren't good enough, a lot of work for Ross to do in the coming weeks and months.

Think bazoer would be good on a free. Used to play cdm/ cm. But now a CB. He loves a yellow card tho.

Shame we missed out on Doehki but looks like Union Berlin will be able to pay more money and they finished quite high this season to be fair to them, Bazoer looked like he was going to be a world beater a few years ago and it never really panned out, he’s still only 25 and is probably better technically than most centre halves so in a team like us that has the majority of the ball he will be great back there. We need a left back if Basseys long term future is at centre half and vice versa if he’s going to be at left back, either way he’s incredible and must try to keep him for a few more years, if he keeps improving h will be worth 30mil+.

What do we make of the goalkeeper situation? I assume one of those new starters will be the goalkeeper? Johnstone and Fraisl both available on a free who would be decent quality.
Hate assuming we will only sign folk on a free or on the cheap but needs must I suppose, if we can qualify for the UCL next season then it’s a different story hopefully .

Excellent John, Alfredo is someone we could never afford to replace. That is the best news for a long while. Let's face it how different would Wednesday have been if he were fit. I think if we can keep the core of the side what's stopping us from going all the way again in that tournament or far into the champions League. The teams we have faced over the last few years have all been champions League quality and in the home legs I fancy us against anyone especially with the likes of Kent and Alfredo.

John25,i don't know what you've heard or feel regarding ryan jack mate but he also is heading into the last year of his contract, as well as the aforementioned morelos, kent and aribo. Do you think/ want jacko to be offered a new deal mate I certainly do and would offer jacko a new 2 year deal which would obviously take him up until 2024
Thereafter a one year deal at the end of each season if he can still play a big part of season for us
If gio and our medical team continue to monitor jacko and continue to game manage him the way they're doing just now then for me jacko will still be a very important player for usAll about game management with jacko and he's a very good midfielder to have within our squad at rangers and we can pick and choose the games gio plays him and the games we have to rest him He's a superb midfielder .

Me2 bazoer came threw the youth ranks at Ajax and was tipped for big things as a CM. He moved to German football with I believe wolfsburg but didn't go as planned. Moved back to Holland to vitesse where he has played well as a CB. Our no2 will know him well as he brought him through at Ajax. For free would be a cracking signing. Stands roughly 6 foot and is right footed I think.

John I would take all of that. I hear that we will be looking for 6 or 7 in with a few heading out. Could be as much as 9 in depending on who leaves. I hear we are looking for keeper, 2xCB ( both starters), LB cover, 2 attacking midfield/ wingers and another striker. 1st choices being GK, 2xCB and RW.

This is great news, John. I will be absolutely delighted if we are able to secure Alfredo, Bassey, Kent and Aribo on long term contracts. Getting Bassey and Morelos resigned will be fantastic, Kent and Aribo is icing on the cake! With Lundstram now a mainstay of the Team, Jack hopefully back to full fitness and Kamara on a long term deal the addition of three or four top quality players, (presumably, all known to Gio), the arrival of Souter, (who looked good yesterday), and our young lads, Lowry, King and McCann), it is looking very encouraging for next Season.

Positive news John. Gio seems clear in what he wants moving forward. I'd love Aaron Ramsay to sign on a pay per play basis and show all the doubtets what a great player he is. Sounds like he realises how big the club actually is.

Walter. 100% want Jack to be offered new deal, a mag iPlayer for us but needs to earn it.
Three 90 minutes not good enough.
Mb a play per play deal, like flanhad 5 k basic, 5k if in match day squad.
Unlikely he would earn that elsewhere
Problem I see is he will now be away with Scotland for five games then very short rest and back training.

Surely people realise this is just pretend ITK nonsense? There is no way a source will know how close a player is to signing a contract or that we have offered players 4 year deals. Also, if Ramsey's insta post wasnt proof enough, there isn't such a thing as a Pay as you Play Deal now. And, even if it was a thing, a guy with a year left on his 200k plus deal is not ripping that up to sign one.
Id love it all to be true but seriously, behave.

Tjrfc because he was spending all his spare time in England often turning up late for training, he now does not travel after a Sunday match then get up in morning to try make training.
Also he has brought his horses back up the road.
