Although I’ve totally enjoyed the meltdown, and they’re faithful following of anyone Irish as the new king, I can’t help thinking that boy should have been removed from the front line long ago, Lennon completely ignored the guys family issues and failure to realise that Duffy wasn’t coping well with the death of his father and struggling badly in the spotlight,
Lennon continued to put him on that spotlight until his confidence crumbled to smithereens, shameful management.

TT12,I think this just one of many things that will become known between now and next season.
Rumours of players squaring up to him, turning up for training looking 'rough', players downing tools for months. would love to see the non disclosure agreement that got him a payoff.

Bar, yes, but I don't think we will ever know, I know lennon has a real problem, I know all about addiction challenge and frustration, and finished in football is something some can't deal with, lennons finishedcin football imo, nobody will want him again after his media shambles and the stories of mismanagement and bullying, remember the video of him telling the young boy mikey Johnston telling him to fxxk off as the boy was carried off, shameful behaviour and would not have gone unnoticed, not only in they're dressing rooms, but actually across the football world, its a close knit community, mainly due nowadays to many players being attached to agencies and gossip and rumours spreading like wildfire,
Lennon is not a nice guy and only has time for his drinking pals, which is why the only people who constantly back him are easy to name, its the usual apologists.

God knows billy, maybe he wasn’t joking, but it’s very obvious Lennon is gone as far as football is concerned, for some time at least, I don't see any club wanting him just now, but you never know do you,
