Heard a rumours over the last month or so that depending on what happens with Ryan Kent that we could make a move for Demarai Gray of Leicester city.

Valued at around 20 million at one point contract about to run out it is possible but I think a championship club could easy give him 75k a year think the only thing would be possible champions league would offer him 25k a year 3 year deal and preformance bonuses for assists and goals.

The days of clubs, especially championship clubs handing out £75k to the like of Gray etc are gone! The money in football is not there anymore!

75k a week at championship club I very much doubt that these days can’t see anyone being on that at the mo.

A lot of players earn 50/ 60k in the championship after loyalty bonuses and contract add ons like bonus for playing assists goals ect would be easy 75k Wilfried Bony was on 90k a year in the championship before any of bonuses championship teams well the top end go all Wilfried Bony out to go up cause the rewards are so huge
Ross McCormack was also on 70k a week in the championship.

Yeah guess depends what team it is. Newcastle for example don't pay anybody over 90k.

RFC those were a few years ago not now and saying bonuses etc. there is also relegation clauses in players contracts to take a % of there wages when they go down also.
