would love wilshire to come to us. perhaps if we hadnt just got zunga it would have been more likely, too many players in mid plus risk with injury n wages .

Not heard that today, but it is what I have been expecting. Some form of pay as you play deal, which would be a relatively low basic wage with performance bonuses. Great deal in my view.

Jack Wilshere already announced that he wouldn't take a pay as you play and I reckon Rangers therefore can only afford a one year contract followed by an option of a 2nd
Otherwise to risky!

Taking it too far when you mention Paul Gascoigne in the same breath Wilshere would be a big signing but not in the same League as Gascoigne and some of the big signings we have made in the past.
