Regarding that Patrick roberts rumour, it's was sqenf foot, a French reporter on Twitter that started the rumour, roberts family are big Liverpool fans so there's the common link. Personally think it's nonsense but it's the type of move that I could imagine Walter Smith making a useful player who's very presence in a rangers shirt would rub them up the wrong way.

Rubbing them up the wrong way is of zero interest to me, shoving their 10iar right up them is very much of interest, I don’t really know why a french reporter would start a rumour about rangers and a guy they have probably never heard of.

A genuine rumour is something that more than 1 clap trap outlet posts there's a difference between a rumour and a lie now I could sit here and say we are interested in Boli Bolingoli for example but we aren't so it's just me making up a lie there's a difference anybody who actually believes the Patrick Roberts story or think it has any credibility is not right in head look at where story came from it's complete made up lies for clickbate it's not hard to understand.
