John McLaughlin Gk signs for Rangers well they kept that reasonably quite was some rumours but I like a random signing out of nowhere!

Agree3 Disagree0

Decent back up for mcgregor. but what exactly is firth doing at the club? Literally zero point him being there.

23 Jun 2020 16:05:29
Interesting signing. no plan to replace McGregor this would suggest.

23 Jun 2020 16:06:32
Never heard of him.

23 Jun 2020 16:07:55
just seen that there coplandbear I would have preferred hladky but he might end up at them I think.

23 Jun 2020 16:11:18
He played for hearts and Sunderland I have seen him play he’s a good back up possibly first team GK and I don’t think we need a replacement I think one more year loan for young McCrorie then he can battle with McLaughlin for first team might be the plan.

23 Jun 2020 17:08:03
Great to see another signing, virtually under the radar.

23 Jun 2020 17:14:54
Thats his Scotland career over. Clarke won't touch him with a barge pole now.

23 Jun 2020 17:28:10
He's never heard of you either Me2👍.

23 Jun 2020 18:24:50
What does Andy Firth actually do.

23 Jun 2020 18:33:56
Firth was signed to allow McCrorie to go out on loan.

23 Jun 2020 18:34:41
Firth is there to allow mccrorie to go out on loan and gain the first team experience he needs to take McGregor's place. He is a cheap 3rd choice keeper. Should 1st or 2and choice get injured he will take seat on the bench. If mccrorie had to stay to be 3rd choice his development would suffer. Plus he has coaching badges.

23 Jun 2020 19:18:23
Looking at the Sunderland fans reactions they thought he was a keeper worth 5 million quid and are raging that Sunderland didn’t tie him up on a better deal. Good signing who will push sh@gger and that’s what we need.

23 Jun 2020 20:49:43
Andy Firth is here because he's staunch af 😂.

23 Jun 2020 21:45:15
Believe McLaughlan will displace McGregor this season as number 1 keeper.

24 Jun 2020 08:17:14
Jon McLaughlin averages aroubd 40 games a season and is in the international picture good keeper, excellent for injury cover and cup games.

24 Jun 2020 09:58:13
SG open minded about who will be 1st pick keeper. Good to hear.

24 Jun 2020 12:05:17
Yes bankie I’d settle either or with a slight preference for mcgregor.
Also hearing mccrorie to get big pay rise and deal till 2026. Out on loan, livi, hibs or championship in England with gaurenteed game time. Spurs sniffing.

24 Jun 2020 12:43:35
John25, think McCrorie boys come as a pair and their future will be evaluated likewise.

24 Jun 2020 12:59:11
Reports today that they had prepared a late bid for McLaughlin but were too late. Big Lurch away back to Southampton and Gordon moaning about his new deal being on vastly reduced terms. Tough times ahead for the club like Hibs. 😂😂.

24 Jun 2020 13:30:18
Bankie I don’t think so, reality Robbie will go further in game, both would die for our great club.

24 Jun 2020 13:53:20
John25, I’m hoping Ross is back in 1st team squad after the Portsmouth playoff games and Robby gets a further good quality loan to SPL club. Fear SG will not get this right and nether player will have a long term future with us. Agree both would die for our club.

24 Jun 2020 15:20:29
Robby is rated higher. He will potentialy win 50 caps imo.

24 Jun 2020 17:15:00
John25, I bet you a glass of red at Royal Troon that Ross makes his full international competitive debut before his brother Robby.

24 Jun 2020 21:27:27
Won’t disagree. Goalkeepers mature later.
Make the bet who will win most caps. I say Robbie.

24 Jun 2020 21:48:01
John25, I’m not a young man and would like to win the bet. Sounds like you would like to keep it open for the next 15 or 20 years.
