Andy halliday is also a rangers fanatic and he is brutal. shankland no doubt has potential but he's done zero at top level like when at aberdeen at stmirren. Would take him if for very low few.

Rangers never turned our back on scott brown. He moved to hibs as the travel for rangers was just to much for him and his family. My mate played youth at same time but couple years older i think. He wasnt forced out but rangers didn't stand in his way.
Another mate from school is youth coach at utd and he is under the impression that we are keeping tabs on shankland but not actively scouting him. We have requested should a bid comes in we are informed.

Rangers should offer 1m for Lewis Shankland its not like Utd can refuse it! Or unless he is definitely want a move to us Then wait to the Summer and bid the 1m.

Had the chance to get Shankland last year for peanuts then loan him back to Ayr for their run in. Could have got him for nothing at end of last season also. We've had a look at him and obviously don't fancy him so why bid silly money for him now. He might prove me wrong as he certainly knows where the net is.

Shanks has done well at the level he is in, but being an spl striker is harder, and for Gers much harder. Still don't think he is good enough, but I could be proved otherwise. worth a shot when he was available but Utd would want millions for him so not now.

kazmania why on earth should we offer £1m for a player who probably wouldn't get into our top 20? Do you think we should do that just because he wants to play for us? Pretty thin reason for spending 20 times what Kamara cost.
