Been told for a good source the we have to change the training ground name as well Hummel are looking for compensation now for the next year in loss revenue also for the strips that are already made ready to hit the shelves soon this is going to cost us millions plus what ever we owe Ashely as well what a total **** up from the board we must have the worst lawyers in the uk spent more in courts than players fear the worst.

this is a catastrophic mess up from Rangers. Yes Ashley is a complete person but for our board to either not see that SD were in pole position or to just completely ignore that fact is embarrassing. What I would like to know is, when can we get this fat c u n t away from rangers? I. e. if SD had been kept instead of Hummel, when can we bin them? Also I think I’m right in saying the deal we would get will be the same as we got from Hummel and not the one Ashley had in place previously where for every £1 spent, 93p went to SD and 7p went to Rangers?

Not to burst everyone's negativity bubble, but hummel were never our retail partners, they are our kit sponsors. It's the elite part of the deal that has been called into question. So hummel can't supply elite with our kit until the SD stuff is finished. So no the training centre won't get renamed as SD had no rights before to it.

Hummel would, you expect, have done some due diligence before signing the deal. OUr troubles with SD weren't exactly secret. I have no knowledge, insider pals, or other source BUT I would expect that there will have been a clause in the Hummel contract to deal with this situation.
We have had some pretty awful contracts in the past, set-up by folk who did not have Rangers interests at heart, but you can't say that of DK.
