Phil jagielka spotted in Glasgow, on great western road. He is standing with Gordon smith, its online. Just wondering what everybody thinks? Hope he comes to us and the the manky mob. I thi k he would be a good addition, especially on a free. That would give us 4 good centre backs.

He’s pals with his son? Really who would have known eh.

The visiting his pal thing is nonsense. Who goes to visit a mate in another city when you (haven’t checked) have a wife and kids at home and a very very limited period of time to take a holiday and then arrange a job for yourself?

My two best mates live in London but if I get any time off work I take my family somewhere. I see the guys if work takes me south, otherwise I don’t. There’s no way Jagielka is vacationing in Glasgow.

He’ll be here for discussions with one or both clubs and IMO would be a brilliant signing.

How does having a wife and kids prevent people from visiting friends lol. So you can only have friends who stay right next to you, otherwise, forget about ever seeing them? Aye ok. And because he is with Gordon Smith he automatically has to be up for talks with rangers because he played for us? He also played with kilmarnock. Maybe he is signing for them then!

Orange Tinted. Cheers for the correction. You are absolutely right. I'll consult you directly before offering an opinion again.

I've re-read both mine and your posts and yours is far better. Jagielka is DEFINITELY only here chilling with a pal.

Didn't correct you. Read the posts again and, if anything, you corrected me by saying what I said was nonsense. Still, glad we are on the same page now.

Seriously hope he is not going to Rangers. Why would we be wanting to sign players of that age. My mate is a season ticket holder at Everton and he said at least a year ago that his legs are gone. I get the experience aspect, but surely there is nobody better to learn from than Steven Gerrard with his experience. Signing young players like Edmundson that have a sell on value is the way to go.
