Ok I posted the article about getting foreign coaches in at Murray park and still believe that is just the start of moving forward in a sustainable way but as an interim and to demonstrate we mean business I would get big Elvis from Falkirk as a coach at Murray park I have watched this team play Rangers over the last couple of seasons and his team and brand of football is refreshing, great on the floor, quick passing, find a man, push and go.

He has lost a good few talented young players this year and has had a bit of a struggle but he has still got Falkirk playing attractive football.

Maybe get Owen Coyle as his supporting act, now that would be a statement of intent or maybe one move to far....but hey ho we need to get Murray park rocking its our only way and a great ace card to move forward.

Happy to debate

I wouldn't let Elvis into IBROX never mind work for us! He dogged us when we were down

Murray park is just a small sports centre with a few pitches mate. Find those facilities anywhere.
Listen, I think you're the guy who should go there and put the youngsters through the ball on the deck training.

We're do you propose the money comes from. Rangers can't be making money at the moment so don't see green throwing cash about like confetti. To be honest when you mentioned coyle I realised you still think this is the 90s.

We have got to start somewhere, not 90s for me 60s or 70s that's when we all played fitba not athletes like they are today wi nae ball skil they were ball players that could pass, trap, one twos run at players dribble pass shoot and tackle

We need to get this sorted and fast or it's back to spending on second rate transfers
Lets get some decent coaches in and have a route and branch overhaul.

Owen Coyle to be under a complete and utter useless inexperienced dud ...dont be stupid

And to have these decent managers working under that pile of mcmoist at rangers! FFS who with any sort of ambition would want to go there? I think these guys have a bit of self respect and a bit of talent! To go there and have to list to possibly the worst manager in not only Rangers history but scottish football! I would even John Barnes as a better gaffer than mcmoist! And that is saying something!

I would have owen coyle as rangers manager anyday especally with his knowledge of the epl and scottish football

Nobody cares about SPL never mind SFL3. Absolutely nobody gives a hoot. Our game is dead and not just Rangers... From grass routes to the very top. It wouldn't matter if we had a team full of 18 year olds spraying the ball around like Barcelona from the mighty murray park because within a season their careers would be wrecked spending the rest of their development warming the reserves bench in the premiership. Can you remember danny wilson? I wouldn't blame you if you couldn't. Even the kids have one eye away from scotland now mate. Feruz at celtic?... The kid practically ran down to chelsea after everything celtic did for him.

Owen Coyle? I am sure he would try his hardest to help Rangers......naaaaaaaat, oh and Elvis can piss off, he was quick to stick the boot into Rangers when we were down, no thanks, that is all.

Why Owen Coyle - he got Bolton relegated and then got sacked because they are 18th in the table - not exactly evidence of being a top manager

Why do 99% of all Falkirk fans want Elvis out? Stop talking mince

Owen coyle who go burley relegated then Bolton and chewbacca Presley no thanks

Like your ideas but not the coaches mentioned.

Look bears we do need radical change at coaching level for god sake John brown great player but ...... Was pulling wages out of rangers I'm just fed up with all these x rangers players getting a wee pension out of rangers either coaching or scouting for god sake lets attract the best international coaches to Murray park and not only to bring through players but to bring in the next managers of the future that's how we rangers should and could move forward

M8 you were doing so well ,then the coaches you mentioned made me realise you may be under medication.!!!

Ok mate who do you suggest ? At least we agree on change at Murray park and yes a bit of a no brainier, interested in some candidates

Why would these 2 managers who want to manage in Top Tier manage in bottom tier.

Let the guy have his view. One thing is for certain, we ain't moving forward right now so be open minded

The USA is one country that has come on leaps and bounds in a relativly short period. Either send a couple of coaches over there or bring a couple to Glasgow. Allister is only doing what Watty Smith did . Training and development needs a radical pverhaul. Do it now with the kids. Who incidently won 10-0 against Clyde tonight. Like Garlic Bread. Its the future.

I agree with the theory behind the idea but would managers (the example which was used was Coyle and Pressley) take a 'step-down' to become Youth and Reserve Team Managers, afraid not. Would not have a problem if either elected to join but it just wouldn't happen.

Slowly but surely the emphasis on coaching at Murray Park has been changing to produce players who are comfortable on the ball and are able to mix the traditional physical nature of British Football with the intelligence and technique of foreign football. Whilst as a Rangers fan I would love to see us at the fore-front of the redevelopment of Scottish Football it really needs to be led by the whole of Scottish Football with the construction of a Centre of Excellence to rival St Georges Park which the English FA have developed, the Scottish FA have 4 or 5 regional coaches......NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Are you mental. I would not trust the Stupid Football Ass with a school mould master . They are continually wasting money please dont give tjem an excuse to waste more.

Good post about st George's however our football association does not invest in football they just take the money for all their hangers on, look at Hampden yes it belongs to queen park but as for a national stadium it's a joke especially if you are unfortunate to be in the first 10 rows you can't see the game properly, they are takers not investors {Ed039's Note - Hamden does not belong to Queens Park, it is owned by Hamden Park Ltd which I believe is a subsidiary company of the SFA. Queens pay a small rent to play at Hamden)

Owen Coyle!! He signed Gregg Wylde. The worst player ever to dawn the famous blue jersey. Away and behave, you idiot.
