Fellow bears here's how it's playing out:
Former Rangers Directors, using fans groups have continually tried to usurp the sales process, even though they don't have the wherewithall to buy the club themselves.
This jealousy and infighting will continue together with hate fullness towards outsiders; Miller, Ng, Green, et all...
D&P have brought the club to even more indebtedness than when the took control of it.......
The SPL Chairmen are siding with their fans/ customers/ stakeholders and will not allow a new company into the SPL.
The SFA are imminently about to revoke our membership/ license for at least one year.
UEFA/ Fifa are doing their thing behind the scenes on numerous issues, going to court, non payment of European clubs, illegal payments, double contracts, non payment of statutory taxes,........
HMRC big tax case to break against us. Likely to liquidate and have named their own liquidators and have them inserted into the CVA.
Green's CVA woefully inept. Even selling players brings in more. Doomed to complete failure. 50% of 276 creditors need to vote yes and they get lots more from liquidation!
D&P have racked up £5.5m fees for themselves, more than the savings on players contracts.
Charles Green caught out fibbing on four or five counts. Looks like no money and now ticket issue in admin to keep it going a few months.
Whyte still the owner. Sitting in the background.
Ticketus owed £27m and chasing Whyte for ownership of assets. Ticketus will also freeze and account holding ticket money.
RFFF raising money possibly illegally, not a registered charity nor a company, not paying tax on raised funds, no licenses to collect in public. Spending the funds unwisely and in a different fashion to promises at point of collection.
Dave King suing the club for £20m and urging not to buy tickets.
Owing now a possible £150m.
Stadia in disrepair and contracts for most revenue streams sold to contractors.

Wow, this really is the best post I've seen on here for ages. My god man, I hope you are right with at least 50% of your note. This would mean that Rangers might actually get punished ( shock horror ) for ALL their wrong doings over the last few years. No, wait, did I read correctly in an earlier post all this is blamed on Green & White ( no not the Septic ) but the saviours of SCOTLANDS' FOOTBALL TEAM, remember the SPl can not survive with out the other half of the ugly sisters, what a load of tosh!! To all the genuine RFC fans, get your team to accept the punishment, it's time to suck it up and move on...to the 3rd division.

Though it was 75% of value of creditors need to agree?
Agree0

Good post, thanks for the layman terms !
Agree0
Disagree0
The CVA vote is 75% of financial value and 50% of numerical number of creditors.
Agree0

Catering, shirt sales, advertising, etc.... Have already been sold off like the tickets to Ticketus. Why weren't these contracts ripped up just like the Ticketus contract?
These groups are not creditors yet and their contracts will still be good after a CVA. Only a Newco gets rid of these contracts.

You forgot the boycotts and picketing the BBC by the so called fan groups.
Agree0

The fan groups are a joke as they were murrys and whytes mates and couldnt read between the lines .its time for a new group with a board and vote just 1 as to many make us look as if theres trouble within
Agree0

Thanks for the Ł27m now get lost we ain't paying it back. Rangers have so much pride. Lee Wallace get lost diddy team we ain't paying you. How can a team like this be allowed to play professional football.

There are so many holes in that post Space itself would fall through it.

Shareholders get absolutely nothing from liquidation not a single penny only debenture scheme holders would be paid in full if asset sales realized enough capital wonder how much DK has invested in debenture scheme looks like its enough to deliberately push for liquidation he has every rite to look for his money back but not to kid on its for the good of Rangers

Catering contract (Close Bros) are secured creditors.

I have to say, i cant ever think of reading such a rambled pile of garbage.
Agree0

There is no doubt the situation is complex and perilous, but since liquidation is the worst scenario, its not inevitable nor is it the apocalypse.
There will be a Rangers in some form playing somewhere, my bet is the CVA and the takeover will happen.
Anorak.

Excellent post well summed up if not missing several other issues.
The quantum of it all is massive. For all stars to align to sort all this, there's a very very low probability. If it does happen several men in several different organisations will have bent the rules in Rangers favour. But why bother? It's most undeserving.

When bougy was signed we were told the money from sell was used to sign lee Wallace and Ortiz, but if we never paid for these guys, the question needs to be where is the 2 millon for bougy sell?

We would all like to know where that Ł2m went and much more!
Agree0

Very rarely do clubs pay the fee off in one go, the same way the money received for bougherra was paid up to us and im pretty sure we are still owed some of that money
Agree0
Disagree0
Rangers are infact owed a few fee's and instalments for players sold or In the case of bendiksen compensation because he was under 21 and rangers schooled him. Funny (or not so funny) to think that if rangers Have a CVA accepted and get turned around they will receive these fee's in full whereas Hearts (Wallace) Orebro (Bedoya) Palermo (Goian) Rapid Vienna (Jelly) etc all get royally bumped out of they're cash.

Rangers owed money your having a laugh {Ed039's Note - Why not?? Do Rangers not sell players like other clubs? The money "owed" is also being built into CVA)

Since Rangers went into administration every week you Timmys have been on here - you are going into liquidation (numerous dates have been given) there's security at Ibrox (numerous dates have been given) there's been phone tapping, need I go on - all rubbish - get a life. Always have been, always will be Rangers Football Club.

I have been saying it from the get go, HMRC will agree to the CVA if all the conditions are met, and there are no outstanding conditions.
Move on.

Anorak what makes you think that, If CVA agreed what happens when out of admin and big tax bill goes against us.
Even if big T B comes out when still in admin what then do we have to go down another CVA offer.
Agree0
Disagree0
It is part of the CVA already as we already have the bill we were found guilty by HMRC and told to pay approx Ł75m we appealed this and that is what we are awaiting the verdict on it only changes if we winwe then owe nothing other than outstanding non payment of tax / NI
Agree0
Disagree0
Anorak
The biggest out standing condition is that the CVA should contain more money than can be raised by liquidation. That has not been met
Agree0
Disagree0
How hard is it for half of you people to understand it is completely irrelevant if hmrc refuse it if we get 75% of creditors on board they have to agree and it doesnt matter if we owe them 100 million they have to accept, and hmrc have never refused a cva in scotland do you think they will start with one of the biggest names in scotland {Ed039's Note - Wrong, 50% of the value of members must agree, but 75% of the value of debt must agree also, which means HMRC and Ticketus have a huge say)
