Don't know about the exact rules over this but maybe we could announce Dalcio as he's a loan whereas we are buying Cardoso, Pena&Herrera (when they have work permits approved) so maybe we can't officially sign them till the Scottish transfer window opens on Friday? Maybe you can help us on this one ed?

If we can't announce signings of players which include a fee then how did we announce Bruno? I might be missing something. Apparently work permit hearing for Herrera and Pena is tomorrow and hopefully Cardoso is announced by Friday.

Dalcio's terms etc would have been sorted out before he even left Portugal as he's a loan deal.
Cardoso will still be working out the details of his contract. Does anyone know how long the contract is for plus good to see us bringing in players that we have a chance to sell on at a bigger fee

That's why Cagliari released a statement prior to Alves thing which said he'd been released. It's not mentioned a fee anywhere apart from in the media. Honestly do some not realise after all this time how transfer window works? I'll guarantee signing announcements are made on or after friday the 9th June.

Hence why I said in my post I must have missed something regarding Alves.
Another person has just asked if another Mexican who has been linked requires a work Permit. If you are a non EU national and come to this country to work you require a visa to do so (work permit) . After Brexit when freedom of movement stops all foreign players coming to play in Britain will require a work permit (visa)

Alrus blue cardoso has just signed there was a fee involved and he was attached and it's not the 9th yet so how that work? I can't Believe how people don't know how this transfer window works 😂

Hope you are right, I really do but what do we really know about these guys. Dalcio scored 2 goals in 80 appearances for Benfica B! Hardly a fox in the box!
Don't want to put the negative hat on and hope things improve but I still feel worried about most of these guys. Alves excluded as I do rate him.

Think the lad Dalcio will smash it up here it makes me wonder tho do we think that Mckay will stay or will Ped play him on the right?
Personally I've always thought Mckay was better on the right as every full back he came up against knew that he would cut in onto his right foot!
I know Pedro has been backed but I've got the feeling that Mckay is off. We will need to shift a few players and Mckay is probably the player that's our biggest asset.
We will need wingers if Mckay does go and Forrester and O'halloran go which seems certain it leaves us with currently Dalcio and Atayaki yeah

The one thing that I am really excited about is young Atayaki getting a real chance as even at a young age I believe he will fly past players and I would like to see at least one player being given a fair bit of time on the pitch as this could do wonders for his development.
Atayaki Beerman and Barjonas COULD be players that go on to be worth millions. What's your thoughts Bears?

Atayaki and Liam Burt should be promoted to 1st team squad and given game time in friendlies. If none are in 1st team plans then loan them out to top Championship or bottom half SPFL clubs to see how they get on and to help them develop as both have stood out when ever I've watched any youth games.

Yep I personally think McKay will be on his way out with a reunion with Warburton at forest the most likely destination I would imagine and to be honest I'd rather us cash in on him rather than sit watching him have another average, inconsistent season which would surely see his valuation drop even more . Also the young boys beerman and atakyi etc could be worth millions in the future but they need game time and experience sooner rather than later to make this possible, it love to see atakyi get a chance or 2 this season coming up looks like he could be a real player

It's a gamble whether we keep Mckay or not but the decision could be made for us if he does not sign plus if he doesn't want too then bye bye just hope we get minimum 2m plus a decent sell on his next transfer

I would. like to think that mckay would get a chance to improve. he's still a boy and a good few season with the right help from other players he could be 10 mil plus player. When he was in the starting 11 he would get passed the bag at the half way line. What can you really expect him to do from there? Few games he went missing but I think still worth giving him another season with a proper midfield holding the bag and letting him make nice wee runs.

he is our biggest asset i will give you that and to be fair if we are to sell our biggest asset for the 2 mill quoted then isn't that bad business?
id sign him up see how he performs in a better side and then sell if he is not a first team regular but he in my opinion given the chance will be a top class player and worth 20 million dembele dollars in a year or two.
