Jus heard a rumour that ibrox will b renamed the O2 stadium, think the guy who told me is full of hot air!

Believable26 Unbelievable47

Oh stop it, my sides are splitting.....medic!!!1

Agree0 Disagree0

More like The Wonga Stadium

Agree0 Disagree0

Lego land. Opps we already have one

Agree0 Disagree0

It's all over the papes today that the stadium will be renamed, so well done the original poster.
SELLICK fans really worried by their posts and being snidie as usual

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe OU2 would be more appropriate.

Briggs

Agree1 Disagree0

Thought the ibrox (Apple) stadium was funny

Agree0 Disagree0

If any further proof were needed that rangers are running out of cash this is it.
The bears won't allow a name change and
bang goes another green plan. {Ed039's Note - How does this mean you are running out of money, is it not a smart way of attracting investment? It doesnt mean that money is running out?? I have never been against the naming rights being sold, because it will always be Ibrox to me, no matter what)

Agree0 Disagree1

Why is that briggs? graeme

Agree0 Disagree0

Think about it graeme.Don't rangers owe a
lot of people money.Nice one Briggs

Agree0 Disagree0

If Newcastle and Arsenal can rename thier Stadium surely we have to See If this is a viable Option i

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers are rotten macoist is hopeless would not waste ma money on them bunch of lazy overpaide crap

Agree1 Disagree1

They call it what they want if we dont start winning games they mite aswell knock it down and biuld hoose on it SUPER ALLY YOU NEED TO WALK AWAY AND LET SOMEONE TAKE OVER AT NOWS WHAT THERE DOING

Agree0 Disagree0

"It's all over the papes today that the stadium will be renamed,...." hardly makes it true ! remember some of the other stories that were all over the papaers and were pure guff...e.g. casino and hotel complexes etc not forgetting "wealth off the radar..." about a certain Craig Whyte.....where they true ? NO, so lets not believe whats in them.

Agree1 Disagree0

What a rubbish post we have the highest attendances at ibrox why rename once we canter it up the leagues we will be back a richer club with no debt jog along poster

Agree0 Disagree1

After todays result !?!?!? total embarrassment. "canter up the leagues.." no chance with this team and management.

Agree0 Disagree0

Canter up the leagues ?? Really ? Not going by today's results were not ! Ally out !! Disgrace being beaten by the bottom team in the sfl, the management and players need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Agree0 Disagree0

02, is that a prediction for when ALLOA come calling...........

Agree0 Disagree0

Seriously? No debt? You are having a laugh! You already owe Charlie Green money already remember! £8 million isn't it? In the form of a loan! Or like old co you conveniently forgot about the creditors your club owe money to! {Ed039's Note - The club doesnt owe the money for the loan, Charles Green does, he used it to buy the assets remember. Get your facts right before you go on a rant)

Charles Green was testing the waters at last night meeting about selling naming rights to Ibrox in a stadium sponsorship deal. British Airways are extremely keen on a stadium sponsorship deal with Rangers. With the positive response from last nights meeting. A deal is set to be announced with British Airways before the end of the year.

Believable25 Unbelievable73

This rumour started years ago on murray's watch cos it's on the flight path.Big buddies are they?........green jhedi

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally Bogus OP or to put it politely,
Just silly.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pie in the sky

Agree0 Disagree0

Just wondering why brittish airways would want to team up with a new third division club. Why wouldn't they team up with a much higher profile club? I mean, how much exposure would they get? Bbc alba? Sounds like nonsense to me.

Agree0 Disagree0

So you think charles is a fly man then ? doug t.s.o

Agree0 Disagree0

Anyone know why we punted Andrew Shinnie miles better than what we are left with!

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would they sponsor a team who doesnt fly anywhere do they operate the oban sea plane ?? fuzzy

Agree0 Disagree0

Do any people here think before posting?
Why, why, why would BA want to do any type of deal with Rangers? It is not like Rangers will be globe-trotting International or European ambassadors for British Airways for several years. What a joke! Rangers will not be needing or using BA for a long time! Association with people that stuffed the country of Great Britain for 100 million is hardly a good partner for British Airways!

Agree0 Disagree0

Vodafone and amazon stuffed the country for more bet you still use them mr goody 2 shoes doug t.s.o

Agree3 Disagree0

Yea also glaxosmithkline stuffed the country yet peoole use their products maybe you should think before posting the fact rangers have a massive following is a reason to sponsor the fact that rangers tryin to make their way back to the top has made headlines across the world is another reason to want to sponsor if companies didnt want to be associated then y hasnt tennents pulled the plug why has sports direct took over the megastore why has ea sports done a deal to get a license to have them in fifa answer being wether yoo like it or not rangers still have a huge appeal

Agree0 Disagree0

Thats even less likely than the guiness sponsoring celtic rumour that was spread a while ago (April I think!)
DB77

Agree0 Disagree0

Not to mention the likes of hmv who put warehouses on jersey to avoid tax :) that another company you boycott?

Agree0 Disagree0

Viewing figures for Rangers games - highest in scotland and sometimes uk - check
attendance figures at ibrox - in top 5 in uk - check
massive global interest in giant club's climb to the top again - check

No reasons to sponsor at all. Sorry my Celtic supporting friends. But it seems (a bit like when Darth Vader light-sabered Obi Wan) you done your best to kill us but we are becoming more powerful.

Agree0 Disagree0

More powerful......do yourself a favour son. You have no say in anything that happens in the TOP league, no say in anything that happens in Europe, in fact you have got another loud mouth yorkshire man in charge who so far has not fulfilled a single promise. Worried.....you really need to be...for years you were warned what was happening and it was head in sand....it's happening again, stop it before it gets too late....more powerful....jeez, some people just cant see whats happeing before their eyes...9 players from the euro's...kit deals with adidas...500million fans...25year deal for Ally...regeneration of Ibrox with hotels etc....naming rights with BA.....hhhmmmm!!

Agree0 Disagree0

I hear Mega Bus has outbid BA.

Agree0 Disagree0

More powerful???.....am i missing something here??...stirling albion 1 rangers 0....aye right enough!...more powerful!!

anyone received their letter about the vote to rename murray park i was told last week to expect letter by end of week

Believable4 Unbelievable20

Nope not at all. Struth Park for me.

Agree0 Disagree0

Murray Park for me if Sir David is guilty of ebt's but pays any fines, etc incurred against Rangers. That also includes appealing to the corrupt SPL and if need be, a court of law. Give him a chance to redeem himself. Chris Whyte caused all this mess and he also duped me into buying a season ticket. WATP

Agree2 Disagree0

Nothing mate. If I could pick anything I would call it the four fathers academy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Baxter park for me!

Agree0 Disagree0

Pays any fines? Does that include the tax bill? I think he will do time behind bars for this, hmrc have already said they are going after individuals.

Agree0 Disagree0

Nope. Charlie and David are bestus pals now and to ease a certain property sale Charlie's not going to change the name or say anything bad about his new buddy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Murray park also for me, he chased a dream - tried and made mistakes like we all do.

I am eventually seeing people coming round to my way of thinking. Last week (maybe week before) I posted about how the only thing I think should be boycotted is the boycott itself. This was dismissed immediately by the "**** them all" brigade. The gates are 50/50! Does this mean we need to boycott Ibrox for this game as well?

Well I am sorry angry bears if I need to sit inside an empty Ibrox myself then I will.

Loyal Renfrew Bear!

Believable30 Unbelievable31

Well said buddy. This "Sod the SPL" attitude is just as bad as them that wanted Rangers out the league in the first place.Support your team, dont dodge the match.

Agree3 Disagree0

You are quite right, nobody will tell me when and if I can attend my teams games. I am not six, I have a mind of my own. This constant talk of boycotts does nobody any good, it's stupid. The earlier talk of boycotts did nothing but harm with SPL votes.

Agree0 Disagree1

I will be at every game at Ibrox, however not a penny of my money will be spent buying an away ticket for an SPL stadium, my personal feeling, classic case of biting the hand that feeds you for the SPL "FANS" that voted against Rangers.

Agree1 Disagree0

Are you all for real!--------I'm all for boycotting some spl clubs away but never-ever my Blue Heaven (Ibrox) to septics. If the septic-led spl steal our nine trophies your opinions will surely change.

Agree0 Disagree0

The SPL fans did not vote against Rangers, all they wanted was for the rules that were in place for the league be followed as they would have if it had been any other team in the league. Please give this " everyone is out to get us " thing a rest!

Agree0 Disagree0

Your spot on mate! I posted something similar on the banter page contradicting everything these folk bang on about and nobody could come up with an argument against it! It's pathetic boycotting gets you nowhere!
Dmrangers

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said my fellow bear il be there to empty or not

Agree0 Disagree0

Its more a point the loyal bear has a short memory will you also be forgiving craig w**** as well.is it a case of lets forget everything and move on if so then we dont stand a chance in our fight and let me make this clear the fight has just begun.

Agree1 Disagree0

I'll be there also as a loyal bear not some jump on the bandwagon fan .

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry mate if septic spl obtain our titles then boycotting is for me. Pity i don't know ur real name. Another Loyal Renfrew Bear.

Agree0 Disagree0

Eh the SPL fans "did" vote against Rangers, and it wasn't because of "sporting integrity" either, it was done through jealousy and hatred plain and simple and their clubs were stupid enough to go ahead with it, after being told by the corrupt SFA that Rangers would be going into the first div to limit the damage to Scottish football, the conspiracy didn't work and from what I gather some of these teams are heading for self destruction, SPL attendance figures are a joke and its only going to get worse, but hey, for many a year Rangers have probs played a massive part in keeping these clubs afloat, not anymore tho, these teams and fans really showed their true colours, only in this country would a witch hunt like ours take place,at this stage one dirty wee b was the undoing of Rangers - craig whyte, ebt's nothing proven and also used by others, dual contracts nothing proven yet the amount of hatred and venom I have witnessed from opposing fans is and was astonishing, well except the Ceptic mob who I would expect nothing less, but yet some our support are eager and willing to give these clubs money, basically a thank you for all the hatred shown to us, unbelievable really, remember the quotes coming from these teams -"we don't need Rangers", if any SPL team dies.....I will show their fans the same sympathy we were shown........zero.

Agree0 Disagree0

Last post is spot on. I can't believe people who say move on. I'll move on when the SPL does the same. If the dual contracts isn't proven they'll probably try and find something else to get us for. Lawell led SPHELL teams will not be getting any money from me. The hatred still astonishes me from all corners, not just ceptic. They tried to kill us off, every one of them so I'm sorry but we should not help them in anyway. I can't wait to see them go to the wall while we rebuild. Bye bye hearts who will be the first to go.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why dont you boycott mob just dont come back alltogether and give us real bears some peace

Agree0 Disagree0

The rules in SPL were agreed by all !
Why when the RULE was implemented DO YOU blame everyone else?
Your CLUB F**ked up BIG time NO one Else!
boycott grow up !
Did Airdrie go Down because of debt to Rangers ? NO THEIR CLUB F**ked up! RULES were implemented they went down!
ITS THAT SIMPLE !
Please explain why RFC are above the rules ????

your club went bust!! The rule says cheerybyenooo

Agree0 Disagree0

We only want a fair shout why do you always move the goal post most rangers fans only want to be treated fairly seems when its us its a different story hang them high watch them swing now we fight back you get touchy never wanted this never asked for this but you want us dead and were expected to roll over and agree dont think so you are talking about the greatest club most decorated club in the world and you think we will just die that makes me laugh this is not just a football team this is part of our life this is what we are but we are not bigots we have a heart that beats loud and proud
