Any news on the Scott Gallacher loan deal fellow bears?

Believable14 Unbelievable18

Heard somewhere that there is a window for loans - it starts on Sunday in England - do not know when it starts in Scotland.

Whenever it is it will probably be to the detriment of Rangers.

Press report saying Murray and blin will be appointed to board, bringing some peace to the boardroom.
I thought Paul Murray was banned from being a director as he was on board when the administration?.
Also the sons of struth could now give us all peace.

Believable23 Unbelievable20

At least the sons of struth have done something for rangers, what have you done in the last 2 year's? Sat about saying everything will be fine? I for 1 hope the sons of struth won't give us peace because this is far from finished yet, who owns ibrox, MP etc, are we getting a egm? How much will maintenance cost to upgrade ibrox, is tickeus still on the scene, will Charles green come back, did Charles green buy the oldcos history or was that more lies?

Agree0 Disagree1

NO I think your hopes will be dashed. les

Agree0 Disagree0

More interesting developments at Ibrox. I am stunned that you are going to sit back and allow these men to be re-appointed to the board. These men were in power when your club went under, these men signed off the accounts that took your club under, these men have put nothing into your club in it's hour of need and yet you view them as the saviours. Have you guys not learnt anything form the goings on in the last 12 months. What next David Murray and Dave King back in, and then all will be rosy, the club has been savaged and once there is a little bot of money in the bank they all come back out of the woodwork. I would be seriously concerned about this and also the Easdale appointment. Running a bus company is not running Rangers, I am sure they have made money but have they any expertise in the football world, none and as we have all seen it is a very vicious place to do business. Anyone who had any dealings with Rangers in the past should be chased a mile away from Ibrox and if you cannot see that then you deserve everything that will happen to your club.

the last poster, Blin was never involved with, nor had any part in Rangers, SDM ran the show imo Murray was and is innocent and well intentioned towards a club he loves, why else would he even think of coming back, secondly, altho I know very litle about the Easdales they don't simply run a bus company, they are very successful businessmen.

why do people come on here and constantly say things like "you all" and everybody,? when they don't have a clue what "everybody" thinks?,
also btw Mr King put 20million of his cash into Rangers, hardly the actions of someone we wouldn't want is it?

Agree1 Disagree0

King should be welcomed back to Rangers. David Murray should never be allowed near the place. King has invested in teh Club, Murray did nothing but take money out while sucking up to our enemies to secure a Knighthood before he effectively destroyed the club by selling it to Whyte

Agree1 Disagree0

The poster who asks if the eadales are able to run a football club due to them only running a bus company did John Paton not run our club and he was a taxi driver/garage owner unite together and Paul Murray was not on the board while white was owner we need to stick together there is enough people that would love to see us fall apart without us doing it to ourselves

Agree1 Disagree0

This proves to me that McColl and his backers are the more likely ones to ha e the power

Thank god and let's move on

Agree0 Disagree0

I think that Murray and Blin will now be able to understand the facts regarding the finances from a hopefully independent view. I personally think that Mather, Green, Imran, Stockbridge etc have been working as a team to the detriment of the club. That is my opinion only and hopefully the facts will now emerge otherwise it will simply be more costs to the club and a hamstrung board. Fair play to The Sons of Struth for seeking information regarding finances, contracts etc. Given recent history who could blame them!

Agree0 Disagree0

Murray well intentioned. He was willing to go into cahoots with anyone he could find so he could get control of Rangers, so much so that he was willing to involve someone who wanted to use Ibrox for his rugby club. Tell me again, how much did this Rangers loving man put into the club when it was floated? Murray is not innocent, he is guilty of mis- management the same as the rest of the directors at Ibrox who allowed the club to become such a shambles but you know what they were all on a nice cash cow so they were never going to rock the boat. As for welcoming King back to the club, a lot of people put a lot of money into the club, do you want all of them back as well. my god, you are willing to accept anybody that gives you a promise of what they know you want to hear. In terms of John Paton running the club as a taxi driver, remind me again what happened to that club he was running. hope he manages his taxi better. You are delusional and desperate to have perceived "Rangers men" in charge. Tell you what, why not lobby McColl to buy them all out and do what Fergus did, rebuild the club over a 5yr period and then sell the club to the fans, that works and at least it ensures that the guy who is sitting in the chair signing the cheques has the financial clout to support it and he is not wasting all your money, he is after all another Rangers Billionaire.

Agree1 Disagree0

So Fergus Mcann sold the club to the fans did he? When did that happen because there are no fans groups represented on Celtics board. More re writing of history.

Fergus sold the club to fans??? When was this again, I thought he sold to a billionaire did he not, what Celtic fans bought the club from Fergus or is it the 3 share issues you are talking about, the share issue which still has Desmond in charge? And correct me if I'm wrong but does Fergus still need to stay away from Glasgow for selling the club and making Money from it? Rangers live on, rangers have survived, rangers will be back bigger, better and stronger WE ARE THE PEOPLE!

Agree2 Disagree1

RE above poster celtic fans raised enough to buy the club 3 times over did The People do that last year, I don't think so, regarding the press report last week that Celtic are bankrupt was nonsense it is only to soften the blow when they announce The Rangers 2012 are well and truly financially on their knees.

Agree0 Disagree0

Above post did the celtic fans not buy there shares in installments if so ide imagine rangers support would be willing to do the same

Agree0 Disagree0

4 extra directors = £200k+ =?

Agree0 Disagree0

Why doe's Fergus need to stay away from the club, after selling it?

The sooner there is peace the better. But I just like some if not all want rangers people in and run it proper and put wage caps in from players to management to directors.

Agree0 Disagree0

We ought to stop worrying about Celtic directors and fans we have enough shuk to deal with as it is - and by the way, I don't think bringing back old Rangers directors will improve our standing nor future prospects.

Agree0 Disagree0

You are correct (above post) the Easdales also run a Taxi company as do other ' successful men' in and around Glasgow.

have to agree with you there Matt, and who exactly works for free then @1?, methinks someone who can't stand to hear of any positive news from our club?
tommyblue

Agree0 Disagree0

"Someone who can't stand hearing positive news". good god. come on. we should be questioning everything from now on. It is our acceptance of believing every little bit of spin that got us into this mess and sadly most have learn't nothing from it. Hate to say it but the neighbours from the east have a far better attitude to what happens within their club. question everything.

Agree0 Disagree0

What is going on here!?@@@@*****

Question what - FFS!!

We have to wait and see what is heppening before we question it!!

Matt Crozier

I posted the original post this morning as it was on five live news at 6am this morning. Questioning if they would do the job for free?
Then we get Matt (support your local team) Crozier shouting everyone down This seems to be a common theme for Matt. I am beginning to think that you work for media house and are tasked with putting positive spin on every question that is posted.

Sorry but what exactly is the point of this, of course they won't be working for free, at this moment in time we don't have ANYTHING to question,
it is only a proposal ffs, so get down from your high horse and draw yer neck in m8, we are supposed to be on the same side, we don't want to be questioning something that hasn't happened do we?
