Has anyone else heard about gerrard lining up 2 friendlies at ibrox in july, against english opposition? Rangers V Bury on friday the 6th of july and Rangers V Wigan on sunday the
29th of july!

Hope were not going to have another window were we r linked to loads of EPL sides young players, it hasn't worked in the past and it won't work in the future, we need tried and tested experienced players who r obviously affordable. I know Sir Alex proved Hansen wrong with the " you can't win anything with kids" comment but it's not Beckhan, Scholes, Giggs etc we r getting linked with

Cheers for the update guys, I didn't think we would sign him although I wanted him at us. I think that if he got better service and someone playing up with him he'd score a decent number of goals and for the time he was at Ibrox he scored more hat tricks than Morelos, albeit against Falkirk but Morelos played in that game as well.

Paul, you said when he did get the chance he did not look interested THAT bit is not true. If you think he is not good enough then that's your opinion but to imply that he didn't care was nonsense, there is more to Cummings than he has shown either through lack of opportunity or being played out of position but £500,000 is not a great deal to shell out if we were to take the chance and we would recoup a fair chunk of that if he were to move on later but he showed me that his heart is at Ibrox.

Correct - the part about not caring is a patent lie. It's not even a matter of opinion that one - few gave more to Rangers than he did in effort and work rate on the pitch. And anyone saying otherwise is a flatearther.

As for his ability? Sure, some may think he wasn't great - I think I was. THAT is a matter of opinion.

Cummings was not given enough game time whilst on loan at Rangers and gave 100% when he played.
He would be a good addition to our squad and would score goals if he was played in a 4-4-2 formation.
