When you type (Ryan jack rangers or Stephen mallan rangers ) into Google, it takes you to rangers official website and says player image pending? It seems to be only these 2 players that it does it with, but these 2 have been linked to us over the last few weeks. Just wondering?

I noticed that about Ryan Jack a few days ago and thought it was odd. Almost like a deals been done and they've slipped up by putting it on the website

The Rangers website player profiles mean nothing transfer wise. It is simply due to the way that the match reports are added to the website. For them to add the opposition line ups they must first create an entry in the website database for each player along with their relevant squad number. Hence if you search you will find most players we have played against recently along with the relevant squad number in the 'talent' section of the website. This includes all players in the database including the entire celtic team but is only for webmaster admin purposes and nothing else.

Player profiles mean nothing in terms of transfers. They are simply profiles created to allow teamsheets to be displayed in the online match reports. Simply webmaster admin that's all, hence why the whole Celtic team also appears in those searches.

Hello my fellow rangers fans

First time poster here:

I was out with my man on Sunday and we were talking to some of the players at the night out we were at.

It was very plush anyway some of them starting talking when they had a bit too much to drink.

Cut a long story short they were bragging that they had rock solid contracts with our club and it doesn't matter what people think about the level of player they are it doesn't matter because they have contracts and they will be honoured.

Two of the guys were being a bit cheeky saying they will never get this kind of money anywhere else so they will be taking it wether they are playing, on the bench or playing for the reserves.

This is a bit of what is happening with Celtic with Kris Commons. My man told me he is getting 25k a week for sitting in the Celtic reserves even though his made an offer during the last window.

I find this wrong but I suppose our board were stupid enough to give them the contracts.

One of them said that Pedro was only good at drinking posh coffee. I found these guys to be of not the standard that should be at our club but we are left with them for 3 years now.

I find your post very interesting. As you are not related or directly involved with any of the players, can you please name and shame the players who had the attitude of taking the money regardless?
I'm not sure there's many players on 3 year contracts at the club (although there are a few) with the majority having 24 months and another group about to enter their final year.
Is that the clue who they are, that they are in the small group who have 3 years left? Like I said not sure why you haven't just named the players as your not directly involved with any of them.

See norwich are releasing stevie naismith now there is a player who'll improve the squad. Rumour has it he's looking to return closer to home because his kids are starting school. Beggars can't be choosers. Remember kenny miller signed for the venom and now he's our main man. Free transfer and a wage cut, it's the least he owes us. Smashing player.

I can forgive Miller for joining Celtic, we all make mistakes. Naismith and his wee press conference, unforgivable. Even at that why would Naismith want to join a club that is only 5 years old? (according to Naismith anyway)

Naismith was bought for 9 million just a year and a half a go and we have the opportunity to sign him for nothing, would take him back in a minute, maybe we will actually see some passion from a player in a blue jersey in the next old firm. Would love to see both him and dorrans at us

He'll get a pay off from Norwich for remainder of his contract so he'll not demand a lot in terms of wages. He didn't put us into administration. i'd also take whittaker in a heartbeat or Mcgregor too. But i wouldn't touch Laff with a bargepole.

Are you sure Naisy is actually being released? I doubt it as he is Scotland international with resale value.
From what I heard it Lafferty and Shittaker amongst others who have been released.
Personally if it's a choice between allowing Naismith back after how he left or to bite nose of the spite my face then I'd take him back all day long, we can't afford to let that standard of player not resign if available, not happy getting hammered of an average celtic team who couldn't even win a group stage match

keymar why would you say no to whittiker he got us a good few bob when he left and naisy said some things so what miller scored against us put us out the scottish cup and kissed their badge while doing it now if that isn't worse you guys need a check up from the neck up.

naisy won't be expecting the same money he is on the now as he is an older player now but getting whittiker and naisy back would be a huge improvement to our team and without paying a transfer fee what would u say no to.
