This is a rumour after all its a rumour site- MA has supposedly issued a "cease and desist" notification. The long and short of it we need his permission to use the car park and the crest on our shirt. All we can hope and wait.

Mullad, I can't see anything in your post mate, as Ashley has no stake on the crest, the club crest is owned by r.f.c.

Mr Wallace and Mr Nash blocked Ashley's attempt for the club crest, Ashley got hold of the car park and the retail deals. i'm sure.

The crest is owned by rangers you're right billybluenose, but if m.a. has it as security so if we default on payment, then i'm afraid no more ready bud.

Davie, there was no time limit or payment schedule on the 'loan' he gave us so literally cannot be defaulted on unless we enter admin. Mullad, if ashley refused rangers permission to use the crest on the shirts, how would he go about selling his replica kits, which is the only thing he cares about lol?

Can't sell them with a badge on yet refuse the team from wearing it. He's not stupid and knows a lot of fans will still buy rangers merchandise, if he mucked about like that with the crest in any way, do you honestly think that'd be the case? Imagine the furore. Same with the car park, close it down then he loses supporters that way too. It's hypothetical anyway as he currently only has security over them, not ownership. There are believable rumours and then there are nonsensical rumours, this is no more than a poorly thought out attempt at scaremongering. The rubbish that grows arms and legs these days is ridiculous lol.

ashley can stop them using car park he only has security over the title nothing else the car park belongs to rangers only if the club goes tits up would asley have a claim on it.
