Craig whyte will take the club into adminastration then make money from his shares then reform the club with new name, then sell it and make more profit. The man is a conman and hes ruining our club. Runours have it tht there is a list of potential new owners, lining up a bids for the club.

Believable3 Unbelievable6

Potential new owners. if this were the case then why has it taken four years with the club for sale and only mr whyte has come forward. more lies

Agree3 Disagree2

Because no one would buya club with£50 million pound of potential debt DOH as for borrowing 30 million absolute rubbish in order for his business plan to work he has to remain clubs major creditor thats why he hasnt cleared the £18 million debt he inherited he will set repayment rate (0.001 to £1 in the £) and as law has changed Creditors get paid before Taxman "if we win tax case will write off previous debt " the man may be a crook but credit him with some brains

Agree1 Disagree1

Good lord wake up.18m hznt been paid off he's paying a loan

Agree0 Disagree0

I have a fiver, that should get me about a 50% stake in RFC now...

Agree0 Disagree0

He wouldnt make money like that, credeitors chasing him for all rangers debts, club would be worthless.

Just heard from a insider at Ibrox McCoist has walked folks . and £5 million plus addons for Jellyfish ..

Believable6 Unbelievable6

Mccoist won't walk he's waited all his time for this job

Agree4 Disagree4

Didn't realise that ibrox was still open at this time!

Agree3 Disagree3

Ally would never walk out on rangers regardless of the clubs situation

Agree4 Disagree4

I heard this too.

Apparently it's over more than just the Jelavic scenario. Whyte and McCoist have had numerous disagreements in the transfer window over funds to sign players, results on the pitch and I heard Ally basically believes the club is done for with Whyte in charge and wants nothing to do with it.

Agree1 Disagree3

Rangers to sign:
Salihi (£500k)
Templeton (£500k)
Jaager

Out:
Jelavic
McKay (loan)
Ortiz (loan)

Believable5 Unbelievable8

Omg dnt no y ppl keep comin on here givin it we are going to sign this n tht rite now we cudnt fukin sign our name cos we cudnt afford a bloody pen to write with

Agree4 Disagree2

Salihi was playing for Celtic tonight pal, looks like he will be offered deal there

Agree4 Disagree3

Salihi and uchebo played for Celtic development team against fleet wood tonight!! Use can't pay wages or transfer fees do where did u find the £1mill and 15k a week between salihi and templeton? Lol

Agree3 Disagree2

Not going to happen. Salihi has played in a bounce game for Celtic, highly likely he will sign for them along with Molina another decent looking striker. Think Stokes and Hooper could both be leaving them tomorrow.

Agree2 Disagree4

Wake up FFS, you are sounding pathetic. We all know our club are f***ed! In what workd do you belive we will get these two players? Salihi as has been said played for Celtic the night and Templeton will never be sold to us for that much. We showed how desperate we are by accepting 6M for Jelavic when we have allegedly had 9M, 7.2M and whatever else offered.

Look forward to a packed house at Ibrox in Division 3!

Agree3 Disagree1

Its over! the empire has been destroyed! green jhedi

Agree6 Disagree3

30 Jan 2012 23:12:21
what i don't understand, we have accepted an offer below west hams 7 million quid offer?

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Never was an offer smoke and mirrors

Agree4 Disagree2

Mr tight will just add that 6 million to his pension fund.

Agree3 Disagree2

For god sake....... West ham didn't bid £7 feckin mill......... It was about 4.5 and a player!! Rangers didn't want player because they couldn't pay his wages!!!!

Agree4 Disagree1

Jelavic did not want to go to West Ham
but insisted on speaking to Everton.

Agree4 Disagree1

Apparently were still due everton money for michael ball transfer a few yrs ago

Agree2 Disagree4

Are you thick mate we are in big trouble

Agree3 Disagree2

Hav we. As far as i no the figure hasn't been released. No way we owe everton money from balls transfer. That was years ago.

Agree1 Disagree2

If you believe West Ham bid anywhere near 7 million youll believe anything!

Agree6 Disagree2

Probably offered more cash upfront

PMSL Everton have agreed a deal for Jelavic, its due to be finalised before 11pm deadline on 31st. Said on 1st Jan on here he would be sold as close to deadline as possible so they can roll out the excuse of no time to replace him. Total shambles of a club............IM SICK.........SC

Believable8 Unbelievable2

All this talk of tomorrows papers, I've just been out to try and get one and am told they no longer do an early edition. What is wrong with this country

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Not enough people paying their taxes is a big issue, speaking of big issue I beleive Ally is looking for a spot to sell them have heard a strong rumor he has walked

Agree3 Disagree3

To above poster ur talking bout a legend there mate , leave it out he pi55ed all over ur team enough times

Agree1 Disagree1

They do still do early edition but story wont be in it as it would give a rival time to print story also

Twitter going absolutely mental tonight. Heavy speculation surrounding some 5-8 page pull-out in tomorrow's Daily Record. Claims about Ally walking out and Whyte having spent the next three year's season ticket money on just keeping us afloat on the run up to Christmas. Some are even saying that a Police presence has been requested for Ibrox tomorrow. No sources other than what I've read on twitter to be honest but it doesn't look good if this is true...

Believable6 Unbelievable6

How can you spend the next 3 years season ticket money when it has not been paid yet Rubbish

Agree3 Disagree3

With Jelavic off think most gers supporters will be going mental

Agree2 Disagree3

This is sounding a bit out of the ordinary really hope not

Agree2 Disagree0

You can mortgage the money on future season ticket sales thats what leeds done when bates was in charge

Agree2 Disagree1

Ain't rubbish mate, you mortgage the income, we are f@@ked if true.

Agree1 Disagree0

Deals can be done where an investor will pay an upfront sum of cash to then get the revenue from the next 3 seasons ticket sales. For example, if a season ticket sales were worth £15, that would be a value of £45m. The investor would pay a sum of say £30m up front and then get £15m each year over the next 3 years making a £15m profit. Can't see this happening though as it would be too high risk for an investor with Rangers facing administration, unless the investor was given a security over Rangers assets.

Agree0 Disagree1

You mortgage the 3 season projection for season book income for cash. you were warned but did you listen................no. green jhedi

Agree2 Disagree3

Utter mince, who would give Rangers 50 million ?. And what if they did and the fans found out, and decided to not renew their. Season tickets for the next 2 years? How could white pay them ?. I think i'll try that one, go to the bank ask for 100,000 which I promise to pay back after I get money off all these people who may or may not give their money to me....Nivbear.

Agree0 Disagree1

mkay back to oz on a loan more wages fee agreed with the toffee,s

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Well we would have up until the 14th of feb for that to happen, so no point rushing him out the door just yet like

Agree0 Disagree0

Why the 14 feb? did you have a romantic meal with him planned? green jhedi

Agree1 Disagree1

Green jhedi your not even funny , its because the 14 th feb is when the Aussie window closes

The big news in the paper tomorrow is that rangers have been given the all clear by the HMRC tax case not enough evidence, but stiil jelavic will be sold and not enough time to bring in the players mccoist wants to bring in but loads of money to spend in the summer.

Believable3 Unbelievable9

Oh how every rangers fan would love the first part of that statement to be turn,

but i will doubt it until i see it in black and white, on the rangers site, and not in some news paper.

Agree4 Disagree2

No it's not, it's about no paying NI contributions n stuff

Agree3 Disagree0

I would like to believe this but I can't see it being true... Source?

Agree3 Disagree0

You are a rascal. That simply isn't true.

Agree3 Disagree0

R u having a laff?

Agree3 Disagree0

I wish mate, i really do wish... not true though i dont think

Agree3 Disagree1

You obviously still wired to the moon. Also seems true Salihi played for Septic tonight. they can make a starting XI of strikers and we cant even muster a partnership of strikers!

Agree3 Disagree0

If only this wasn't tripe !!

Other clubs seem to be able to make bids, nothing hits the papers until they have dealt so why all this guff about Rangers ?
i remember signings like Baxter and Stein coming in without a dickie bird in advance so why is it so open now ? we have lost out on a few players purely because our interest was leaked. So c'mon newspapers play the game FAIRLY

Agree1 Disagree4

If rangers been given the all clear? Why has Sally walked?! Craig Whytes other bussiness has went into admin..... Rangers nxt lol....

Agree2 Disagree3

Post a pic of tomorrows paper if that's the case

Agree3 Disagree1

Always 1 deluded clown.

Agree1 Disagree2

Sorry but wrong, afraid it aint good news.

Agree2 Disagree1

Heard the opposite unfortunately - a piece about how we have absolutely no funds left and not enough to keep afloat but can't really see that or we wouldn't have signed mervin

Agree2 Disagree1

Look's like jelavic is away to everton and also big boyd signed for some mls team. Not the news I wanted to hear don,t know what is going on at Rangers these days . Very much dought McCoist will bring in anybody to replace jelavic .WATP

Agree3 Disagree0

Read the record and weep tomorrow bears

Agree3 Disagree2

Why is it so open now? well Ally always says he is a player we are chasing, laerts all clubs who may have been interested and away he goes to Chamionship, Celtic, or Bottom 6 EPL. Chairman of these pplayers must love when Ally openly admits Rangers are keen on there assets!

Agree1 Disagree0

Celik could be signed cz weirs n flecks wages covered him .no rise in outgoings

Agree1 Disagree0

30 Jan 2012 22:51:25
Just on sky sports news we hav agreed fee wiv everton 4jelavic. Doh!

Believable6 Unbelievable1

Disgusted at Whyte. 5 million for a player of his quality. Shocking.

Agree2 Disagree0

Cant believe hes away for 2.8million, another million in add-ons, a joke!

Agree3 Disagree3

6 mil. Would have liked a bit more

Agree2 Disagree0

The striker will now hold talks over personal terms and undergo a medical with the English Premier League club, after a package in excess of £5m was accepted.
5 mill thought we got offered 7?
What a load of barry "craig" whyte

Agree1 Disagree0

Rangers and everton agree on fee for jellyfish, bye bye 2 for four in a row lol

Believable8 Unbelievable4

30 Jan 2012 22:40:46
ssn rangers have agreed a fee with everton for the sale of jelavic fee unknown bad day bears we may have just sold the title

Believable7 Unbelievable2

The guardian is saying the fee is 6 million,

how does that work turn down 7 million from west ham but take 6 million from everton??

Agree0 Disagree4

Don,t know what,s worse The sell of Jelavic,or the chance missed to re-sign boyd thought that would have been the Ideal replacment for Jelavic who next Mcgregor Davis. C,mon Rangers we are better than this.

Agree2 Disagree2

The fee is 2.8million. The club will say undisclosed to prevent further embarassment after pretending west ham offered 7 million.

Agree2 Disagree3

There was no bid from west ham

Agree3 Disagree1

30 Jan 2012 22:37:53

Believable4 Unbelievable0

30 Jan 2012 22:34:59
Jelavic confirmed signing for Everton, but Rangers had to slash £1.5m off asking price, as thats what we still owed them for the Micheal Ball transfer. Not found out the exact price, but believed to be well below the £6m West Ham offered. But Jelavic demanded a transfer to the premiership or he would refuse to play. So much for loyalty & good riddance.

Believable8 Unbelievable8

Cant refuse to play if ur under contract

Agree2 Disagree6

U talk so much boll@cks... Go and vet a job...

James 1980

Agree5 Disagree1

Yeah its on their website and mgreggor off to spurs 8.5 million

Agree2 Disagree7

Another load of pony!

Agree5 Disagree2

Why do we still owe that much on a transfer from 10 years ago?? {Ed001's Note - it used to be that transfers could be paid for over an extended period of time, the FFP ruling has put a stop to that.}

Agree4 Disagree0

This has to be the biggest most ridiculous post to date.

I have read some shte but jesus god man, get a grip!

Agree3 Disagree1

Why would Rangers rejected a bid from West ham for 7 million to sel to Everton for less. We did not owe money for Ball

Agree4 Disagree2

If he wanted to leave them let him go, dont want a player that isnt 100% for the club, but if he had in a transfer request doesnt that mean that he will lose any loyality bonus??

so surely if he have repaid money to everton for an old deal then this will be partly covered by the money that would have went to jelavic anyway way??

Agree3 Disagree0

He's off. sky reporting! what the hell is going on???

Agree2 Disagree0

Did Carlos Tevez not refuse to play under contract ?

Agree4 Disagree0

No way rangers owe money for Ball, they stopped playing him when he was one game away from further payment and that was years ago.

Agree3 Disagree1

Rangers as far as I am led to believe owe sweet FA for BAll, he was punted before he made the appearances. Do you think a team like Everton who are almost as far up s**t creek as us would let us off with oweing that amount?

We are skint we know that, we know times are dire at Ibrox but fact of the matter is we are the Champions and we will retain our title even without a recognised goalscorer as we all know Celtic haven't got the bottle. Look forward to seeing the wee ginger t**t greet at Parkhead again as we Parade 4IAR!

Agree5 Disagree4

Why post crap Rangers owed £500k to everton only if he played a certain amount of games hence the fact we stopped playing him and he then went to Man City FC we owe Everton £0.00!

Agree5 Disagree1

Nonsense, no money for Ball due. This was over five years ago and we stopped playing him because extra due if we did. Maybe they owe us money for Big Dunc?

Agree3 Disagree0

Cant refuse to play if he's under contract?

course you can, you just dont play! simple as that....no-one can force you to play. remember, thats what he threatened rapid with if he didnt get the move to the stepping stone to the EPL

as for the west ham bid....there was no bid, it was an enquiry that went no further

taco

Agree5 Disagree2

By the way, yes, you did stop playing Ball because of the extra fee, but the team picked up a few injuries and you HAD to play him, if i remember correctly in a scottish cup game, or close to the end of the season....a deal was reached with everton at the time that the remaining 500k would be paid at a later date

taco

Agree5 Disagree2

When i post in future (im the original poster), take a deep breath, dont put on ur blue tinted glasses & have a go. jelavic fee £5.5, what happened to no less than 9 m (it's not hooper we have), less than west ham (supposed £7m offer). As for the ball argument, look at the above post, & yes it was the scottish cup, i think my fellow bears need to educate themselves on these facts before comments. Cant refuse to play? none of u have seen the tevez opera? As for the most ridiculous post & talking bollx & sh!te? Jelavic has gone for 5.5m, way below what was expected, as for expectations, i expect apologies from u lot that r idiots, take off the blu tints n see the mess we are clearly in. Oh, BTW, dont buy todays record, it'll make u sob uncontrollably .

30 Jan 2012 22:14:44
Do you think sandaza is coming in as st Johnstone have just signed two strikers ? Then again where does the money come from ?
Also what is the big news in tomorrows record???

Believable1 Unbelievable5

Look at above post, thats what ive heard as well apart from whyte has not only screwed the club but left us completely in the sh1t, it is only rumours though... but from big gers mates wtf has happened to us

Agree3 Disagree0

30 Jan 2012 21:57:55
maybe i'm missing something but why did we not just sell jelavic(7m), davis(3-4m), mcgregor(4-5m) and whittaker(1-2m) and replace them with cheaper scottish players like templeton, sandaza, murphy and the young lad at falkirk. that way the wage bills is significantly reduced and rangers have the best part of 14m to bank. i for one wouldn't be disappointed in seeing these players leave rangers as the four of them are average players anyway.

Believable3 Unbelievable6

Did you really just call McGregor average lol? That one comment makes me think everything that comes out your mouth is utter gash!!

Agree8 Disagree2

Get a grip

Agree6 Disagree1

Are you that blind? The club has no money to operate, they are keeping their heads just above water. It's not about replacing big names with small ones, it's about having no money to carry out day to day business.

Agree3 Disagree0

Agree with that but does rangers really want 14M in the bank with this tax bill still over our head? i think whyte would rather take the club into admin then start again sell the players then, have 14M in the bank to buy players fresh start, makes sence to me but wrong at the sametime. Untill that tax bill is sorted i dont think your going to see any money fly around or sell players of value, i dont think he has the cash or he has hidden his money well, till after!!?.........

Agree4 Disagree1

Trouble is 14m at the minute would seem like pi55in in the wind , im startin to get worried bout this

Agree3 Disagree0

You're starting to get worried??

why?

you've known about this since august to be worried!

taco

Agree4 Disagree0

Actual debt could be as high as 30m before tax case. whyte has mortgaged 3 years season ticket money for cash up front.read it tomorrow...............youwere all warned. green jhedi

Agree3 Disagree1

I meant banking the 14m while we await the tax case. as for the comment about mcgregor. yes he is a fantastic shot stopper but the reasons big clubs in europe wouldn't go near him is because at setpieces/corners he is poor and gets brushed off the ball very easily.

Agree0 Disagree3

If you'd sell McGregor for 4m you're aff yer nut.

Agree0 Disagree0

30 Jan 2012 21:51:08
Bring the young players in. Forget the ten-a-penny Johnny Foreigners and invest in youth. Surprised at the amount of Gers fans knocking back Rising Stars tickets at the weekend. He next Barry Ferguson is out there waiting to be given a chance!

Drunk Bear

Believable6 Unbelievable4

Great idea ,but a lot of bears have a habit of getting on their back if they make one bad pass

Agree5 Disagree0

No chance of young players coming in at present. The Rangers developement deal means that they have to pay a fee for their own youngsters. Murray sold this years ago.

Agree2 Disagree0

Green jedhi DO YOU SPEND ANY TIME ON YOUR OWN CLUBS SITE ?? Celtic fans seem to know everything before everyone else ? Sick of them. If Rangers go into admin bye bye sky deal , bye bye hearts Aberdeen And that's just for starters.

Wispers doing the rounds of Salihi on loan personally don't think this will happen but would be one heck of a deal if it comes off!

Believable4 Unbelievable8

He was playing for Celtic development squad tonight v fleetwood

Agree4 Disagree1

He played for celtics development squad tonight against fleetwood

Agree4 Disagree0

Out of contract in the summer so they'll never loan him.

He played for Celtic's development squad against fleetwood tonight anyway so that one is a no go anyway.

Agree4 Disagree0

We'd be better to get him on permenant but i don't think we can unless Jela goes
We'll have to see tomorrow

Agree2 Disagree1

Rumours going round that he played for Celtic tonight against fleetwood town

craig mackail smith is on readings radar after having a poor stint at brighton. he would be available for 2-3million. he is a player who would offer rangers something although i very much doubt we could get him even if jelavic goes! as for kris boyd, i have stated on here time and again that regardless of whether some gers fans want him back at ibrox the bottom line is that coisty is not a fan!

Believable3 Unbelievable8

Lol!!

are you just back from the moon?

1. rangers don't have anywhere near 2m...they dont even have 300k to pay for sandancer

2. kris boyd has joined portland timbers

wow, i knew you guys were slow, but come on!!

taco

Agree9 Disagree0

Boyd has signed for Portland timbers

Agree5 Disagree1

Dear taco jog on ... but come on have u seen mackail smith why did he get called up by scotland it wasnt because he is havin a poor season... get a grip

Agree3 Disagree2

He certainly would not be available for 2-3 million!!

Agree4 Disagree0

'are u just back from the moon. if u read my article properly i clearly stated that i very much doubt we could get him. i'm guessing another sad tim has entered the champions site. imean get a life and hop back to the losers end

Agree3 Disagree3

Why do i need to get a grip?

i'm merely stating a fact that rangers dont have £2-3m....regardless of how well smith is playing, and how good a deal it would be

taco

Agree3 Disagree1

Taco never mentioned the player did he? green jhedi

Agree4 Disagree2

According to the record this is the losers site mate! green jhedi

Agree1 Disagree4

You guessed wrong....i'm a VERY happy tim, thank you very much

Jeli sold
hooper to rusiaa tomorrow, Mr whyte in big **** according to Traynor regards future ticket sales and PAYE not paid since arriving in Ibrox

Believable5 Unbelievable8

The only way hooper will be going is if we take up lazio's offer of Klose, but i've heard nothing of this either way.

the rest i can believe

taco

Agree8 Disagree4

Fact rangers will sign nobody and the players signed are just going to get worse. Very sad days lay off McCoist he cant even buy from the poundshop...Super Ally

Agree4 Disagree3

Jelavic true wages paid untrue it would have been known like the hearts one was front and back and ssn eveything by now so not true but we r in trouble

Agree3 Disagree0

PAYE is tax not wages. players have been paid but there tax

Agree1 Disagree1

How can mr traynor possibly know whats going on with mr whyte. craig whyte is the ultimate man of mystery.

Agree4 Disagree1

The Airdrie Bulldog hates Rangers,he would love them to implode ,so he could cream his trousers, memo to Trainor,it wont happen,so get used to it.Rangers,Champions.

Agree3 Disagree4

Hope not wee need big help were are all the rich blue noses oot there watp

Agree2 Disagree1

Since taking over Rangers on 6th May of last year, Whyte’s Rangers have been deducting PAYE and national insurance from players’ salaries. However, the club has not been passing this money on to HMRC. In fact, the club has fallen behind on current remittances by an amount that is fast approaching £2 million.
In fact, Whyte has until 19th May 2012 before he has to submit a P35 Annual Return. It is only at this time that Rangers must submit an accurate accounting of what salaries have been paid and what taxes are due. If Whyte was to lie on this form, he would be exposing himself to the wrath of an organisation that must surely be enraged by all things Rangers. By not making a declaration of what taxes are due, Whyte avoids fraud charges on a technicality. Yet, money is being taken from wages and not being submitted to government as employees would expect. From April 2012, HMRC will have the power to demand that businesses involved in the deliberate non-payment of PAYE & NIC effectively pay tax up front in the form of a bond. If The Rangers Football Club plc is still trading at that time it will be a prime candidate for this treatment. Likewise, these new powers apply to phoenix companies. So Rangers, in whatever form they exist by the end of this season, will run out of rope to continue disregarding UK tax law.

Traynors big story for his rag. Hope its not true, Whyte must go the man is a liar and crook

Agree3 Disagree2

Hooper to russia , why would they reject someone from just down the road but agree to someone across the continent.

Agree1 Disagree1

If it wznt true they would not print it! been checked by lawyers no doubt. ENDGAME!! green jhedi

Agree1 Disagree1

Traynor also said that Aluko wasn't good enough to play for the gers. Knows nothing about nothing,,,, t**tt.

Agree2 Disagree0

Succulent lamb Traynor hates Rangers? you sir, are a fool.

Agree1 Disagree1

PAYE is the tax on the wages that a club or company pays from an employees wages, not the actual wages

Ortiz gone on loan to free up wages for Jaager.

Just what we need an attacking player out and another defender in. Bravo Big Chap...

I for one would like to see McCoist go, new management normally opens up the door for fringe players. It would let the fans see what MacKay, Bedoya etc can provide us.

Believable6 Unbelievable13

Listen my fellow gers, glasgow rangers fc are terminal we havent posted records resulting in no european license secondly they have losses over 20million on rop of what is in the pot,we are not making it into march, this is not hype but facts, enjoy the next four weeks as this is it,

ok guys, the info I have at the moment is the Everton deal has fell through, were close to negotiating £8-9m plus £1m add on depending on goals to games ratio at the end of this season, Everton wouldn't match the £8-9m but were happy with the add on. Looks like O'Neil is looking t bring him in at Sunderland, £8m with similar add on taking it to £10m at the end of the season. Put some of this on the Everton site but the ed has overlooked my post regarding O'Neil.

Its supposed to relate to the mortgaging of future seson ticket sales.

Whyte not been paying players PAYE, been pocketing it somehow

Agree1 Disagree0

Now now timothy, 3 in a row with plenty of dough but no credit you silly billy lol

Agree0 Disagree0

1st reply is a belter so true anaw wat a totall nob lmaooooo!

Agree1 Disagree0

Since taking over Rangers on 6th May of last year, Whyteâ™s Rangers have been deducting PAYE and national insurance from playersâ™ salaries.

Boyd just signed for american team this is just fantastic

Agree5 Disagree0

I'm a Hibs and will be happy if this is true. whyte is really startingto show histrue colours. Idiot!

Agree3 Disagree2

Mr Tight sort it! The man's a crook and liar, wanting to make his money with no interest in Rangers. No signings players leaving left right and centre. I think administration is looming hence the inactivity in the transfer market and players leaving. If they want to free up money get rid of Gordon Smith another waste of space whose supposed football transfer knowledge is absolute b***ocks

Agree3 Disagree3

One embarrassment after another is correct, and while the debts were knowingly inherited, the mess since is as quoted embarrassment time for decent rangers supporters despite any money for transfers to demand that the lies from Whyte are explained ie £5m per season on transfers front loaded if required which was his quote and his money not at the exclusion of european football.

lol gotta love all this talk about rangers going to hampden ......Ibrox Stadium is Listed building (Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest) A listed building may not be demolished, extended or altered it has no value to any 1 othere than rangers so stop talking s**t plz its the 1 thing we can lose

Believable6 Unbelievable5

Only the frontage is listed

Agree6 Disagree0

I think if you apply for listed building consent you can turn pretty much anything into flats....arsenals old stadium at highbury for example?..the parts there were listed weren't demolished just changed into flats...it won't happen but just letting you know that it could. {Ed001's Note - only the frontage of one stand was listed and that was left as it was.}

Agree5 Disagree0

Is it not just the Main stand facade that is a listed building the other three stands are not

Agree3 Disagree1

Listed building it may be, but I think you will find it has been extended and altered.

Agree2 Disagree1

Only has a low level listing , stadium can be demolished , would take some Balls though to put that through

Agree0 Disagree1

I heard that the front is only a grade B listed building and can be demolished

Agree0 Disagree2

Never happen. not a desirable area for expensive flats in hard times. green jhedi

Agree2 Disagree0

Agreed ed so if for example only the frontage of ibrox was listed as someone else has posted then the the rest of it can be torn down...wouldn't like to be the main contractor who got that job! There might be some pretty unhappy people in the way!

Agree1 Disagree1

The facade is listed no other part of the stadium is. Ibrox is worthless unless planning permission is given and seen as how it has been declined by GCC several times the stadium is worthless to anyone unless they want a stadium.

I'd sell Broadfoot and bring in Jaager. McMillan is the best RB we have, Whittaker can't defend but he's decent enough at bombing forward although he's been horrendous this season.

Agree6 Disagree1

Skachel is out of contract from Wednesday.

Agree4 Disagree1

What part of not getting any money dont you understand .jelivic is going fact mccoist not getting a penny

Agree3 Disagree2

OK so we hve no money. Why then did Whyte build up our hopes at the beginning with his "I'll front load the spending etc' speech. Also if there is no money then start trusting the youngsters! Dont know why we
hve Murray Park. Example Ross Perry and Bendicksen (now gone) do gr8 when they came in then Ally bumps them next game. Bring in Pressley...Falkirk's young boys played lovely yesterday!

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Get him tied down quick he s r most creative at the minute

Agree4 Disagree0

Aluko if he has any sense will wait until summer to decide his options. He has put himself in the shop window at Rangers and if he keeps playing the way he is there is no doubt in my mind he will be offered a more lucrative contract elsewhere.

Agree4 Disagree11

Jelavic has checked into Liverpool city centre hotel hard day night, awaiting deal to be settled and to do medical, fee is 3.5 mill plus add ons plus money rangers owe everton from Michael ball deal

Agree6 Disagree10

Jelly wants to go, his agent has advised him that with the club heading into administration that now is the time to jump ship and get a contract that will be honoured in full.
It's catch 22 for Jelavic as if he stays the club folds quicker and if he goes the cash raised will postpone the inevitable.

Agree6 Disagree4

Agree mate get Boyd in on a free to end off the season try and get cover for right back and go with what we've got.like the rest of Bears on here totally dissolutioned with Whyte.

Agree4 Disagree2

Gers want £7 million for jellyfish with most of the cash up front no one willing to do that at the momment!

Agree3 Disagree3

Rangers do not owe Everton anything. There was a clause that if Ball played so many games that Rangers would pay an extra half million. Ball played 1 game short of this and never kicked another ball for the Gers before being sold, so no money was owed.

Agree7 Disagree2

Rangers don't owe for Ball, perhaps they still owe us for big Dunc. Do you really think that everyone are owed Monet after five years, get a life

Jelavic will leave tomorrow, no signings and one target going to hibs? FFS Why can this happen to my beloved club, one reason Mr Tight, a crook! Let him know exactly what we think against United. We deserve the truth and better.

Agree8 Disagree5

Here mate I haven't heard that yin but I really hope that's no true, am sick of going 2 ma work and gettin ribbed about our transfer policy but if this was true I honestly could not stick up 4 us anymore!!

Agree5 Disagree3

What kind of person with any sort of business acumen whatsoever is actually going to plough millions into a team that may be in administration in a couple of months, don't you realise how irresponsible and quite frankly, idiotic it would be to invest any sizeable sum just to potentially lose it all in a matter of months. I would love nothing more than for millions to be ploughed into the team right now but let's face it, until the tax case is sorted one way or another no one can viably invest in the team, the sooner people accept this and actually start getting behind the guys we have at the moment the better in my opinion. On a sidenote it is also worth remembering that Craig Whyte didn't create this mess, he is trying to clean it up.

Agree8 Disagree3

Jorge Claros played in a bounce game for Hibs today against Carlisle, no decision made by Hibs yet

Agree4 Disagree4

To the guy that posts that CW is tring to clear it up. This is exactly why he got away with his summer signing fiasco, and this window is even worse, because of ppl like you. He promised money - lie, he said he was not banned as a director - lie, he embarrasses our club on a daily basis, he paid £1 for our club. He deserves no credit at all, and yet you and those with similar views will sit back and watch as he takes us into admin, and then walks away with full pockets

Agree3 Disagree3

Aye nae bother celticmatt, you have a bad memory mate, wasnt that long ago when celtic, were nearly on there arse, and for the state our club is in, and the money yous have spent in the last few years, youve won f*** all, wat does hat say about your management.....mon the gers!

Agree6 Disagree1

Whats the big deal if we dont sign jorge claros? do we need another player in his postion? edu, mcculloch, bartley can all play his postion.

Agree3 Disagree0

The guy was right in previous post. Why would CW pump money into Rangers before the decision on the tax bill? Completely stupid! FACT if Rangers lose the case Rangers go bust owing just under £50m to tax man alone. All the people that are slating CW for not spending and bringing in players we cant afford...are the same fans that wanted David Murray out and the same fans thats years earlier cheered him on as we borrowed and borrowed to get in top signings and take a gamble in EUrope....BUT when it backfires you jump ship. Rangers will still win the league with or without jella...and wait and see what outcome is in feb/march...much more important than league!! Watp

Agree2 Disagree3

Mon the gers? better change that to mourn the gers!

Agree2 Disagree2

Edu,bartley mcculloch pmsl are you for real.

Agree0 Disagree2

Simmer doon. blame hmrc case and david murray

Agree8 Disagree5

I think claros is a player, think you guys have lost a good player there

Agree6 Disagree6

How is this ally's fault? Do u know he hasn't been told by whyte that we can't afford to buy him? True maybe we could afford him if we hadn't bought mackay, bedoya etc, but try casting some of the blame at whyte and Gordon smith (what does he do again?)

Agree8 Disagree4

Why are you blaming McCoist, he has made it clear he wants him, Whyte has yet again failed to deliver. Suggest you criticise those that deserve it.

Agree8 Disagree3

Don't dare blame super not him at fault it's our owners don't know Wat they are doing a mean we get a player then loan him back to the same team we got him from shocking

Agree6 Disagree3

Think you will find that Gordon Smith is involved in most of the so called transfers with our custodian of the club having the final say as he is the one with the money JOKE but as far as Ally is concerned he cannot pursue any players, despite the coming and going of the numerous trialist's as we dont have any money to spend JELAVIC WILL GO AND NO ONE WILL COME IN IT AS ALREADY BEEN SAID IN PREVIOUS POSTS.

Agree8 Disagree3

Sorry am just pissed that we might not get any one in a really want templton :( !

If hes going to hibs then surely hes not good enough for us?

This is really sickening, Rangers are a laughing stock, now Celtic are in for Russell of Dundee Utd. surely we will sign a forward? if not we'll have to use the young lads, have we any fit young forwards that stands out?

Bit like Rangers antics in the summer. 12 mil on the table around different clubs in europe for all these players then uz end up spending around 1 mil net. Jelavic will go for around 6 mil to Everton.

Drew

Believable7 Unbelievable8

I read 8mil, 3.5 upfront. id want it all in one go because theyll only try and get out of paying up.

We owe no money on ball or weir this is more green tinted nonsence we are not going bust the fact as we prob will go into administration the original fee hmrc were chasing was 50 million but things have gone quite on that front reason rangers have seen how either companies like vodaphone and ladbrookes have negotiated there debts down to a tenth of the original request, even if they do want 50 how can a company can that has a stadium and playing staff worth well in excess of that go bust they cant we may have to start in div 3 though feck it once a bear always a bear WATP tank

Believable5 Unbelievable7

Get Templeton in along with Boydie. Find the money somewhere Whyte! Sell your castle ffs! Boyd wld score a barrowload with Templeton and Aluko supplying the amo!

Agree6 Disagree4

Some of yous "boyd no thanks' guys give me a good reason why you dont want him back. He is the top SPL scorer! I think back to the days when you knew we would win because of Boyd and Miller' goals. Can you say the same now? I hope Rangers win nowadays. Not confident anymore. We need GOALSCORERS and guys like Templeton to supply!

Agree4 Disagree2

Team becomes too one dimensionable (sp) with Boyd he scores or no-one does needs the ball laid on a plate to him does no work for the team.

K.Boyd would be great for Rangers, him and Naismith together + Laff. Who cares if he didn't score in England or Turkey, he'll be playing in Scotland and he'll score goals. NI Rangers supporter.

Read today that Blackpool were gonna make a 250k bid for Jamie Murphy of Motherwell. I thought he would be atleast 1mil but if he is going that cheap we should look into signing him. I think he is a great young player, could be the next Naismith.

Believable5 Unbelievable6

How many times? We don't have the money

Agree7 Disagree4

The next Naismith? Haha. He's a good young prospect but I don't see all the hype, to be honest. Completely different style of player to Naisy, whom in the last year or so has turned into avery very well rounded player and not just an attacking threat.,

Agree7 Disagree3

One problem we dont have £250k !!

Agree7 Disagree0

If a club the size of Rangers honestly cannae find £250k from somewhere I think it's time to just forget it to be honest. How could we end up in an even worse position than the end of Murray under this tinker Whyte? The mind boggles quite frankly.

Agree7 Disagree1

I'm not even going to deny that the stadium needed investment in terms of food courts, the screens and whatever else but the money should have been spent on the team as a main priority.

Agree2 Disagree1

Stadium done with a commonwealth games grant!

Agree4 Disagree1

We couldn't find 3k a week for jagger, god knows why ally wanted to sign another right back when we have 4 players for that position anyway

Agree4 Disagree3

Because you absolute idiot, broadfoot is injured and is also a pile of p!ss, whittaker is injured and is also a pile of over paid over rated pile of p!ss, mcmillan is not rated the guy can't get a game when the 2 rb's we have are injured so he's surplus to requirements going by the coaches judgement, so yes we need jaager hopefully he can actually defend unlike whitts, ortiz is gone on loan surley his wage can sanction a deal for jaager!*ksd*

Agree1 Disagree1

How many of those right backs are good enough.
Whittaker= crap
Broadfoot= crap
Mcmillan= will never get a chance he's 24 ffs,
Cole= won't get a chance either
bartley= never a right back in a million year, a good centre half though.
IMO we need apart from other positions obviously a good, solid right back, neither of the above are the answer.

As it now looks Jelavic is off to Everton freeing up about 20 grand a week .If we can we should do the deal for Jaager to play rb(allows Bartley to cover cb and cm) and look to bring in a forward on loan if possible. If not we go with what we have got and see where it takes us.The only thing thats certain is if Rangers go on to retain our league title it could easily be the greatest we have achieved with all the goings on and they would never live it down.Shaun H

Believable9 Unbelievable4

Wud absolutely luv it if we cud make it 4 in a row. septic think they already av it in the bag

Agree11 Disagree6

Everyone seems to think we are going to bring in some players. Will it surprise you all if come 11pm tomorrow night we have done nothing. At the start of the season we saw bids going in for players so short of their valuation that it became a joke. What has changed in 6 months??
Jelavic supposedly had a virus which prevented him from training/playing. Do any of us believe that pile of p*sh. I for one dont. IMO I think he has been wrapped in cotton wool keeping him fit enough to be sold in this window. Oh imagine how CW would have felt if Jelavic played on Saturday and got a serious injury...... bang goes 5 or 6 million!!
It is blatantly obvious that the sale of him will go through so late that there will be no time left for a replacement to be found. I really do hope that I am wrong as we need more firepower up front.

Daz

Agree8 Disagree1

Guys am just after having a rant at one of their posts and reminded them that we have won the league the last three years in a row when we probably shouldn't have, so i totally agree this season more than most i hope we win it and get it right up them however i have my doubts but the fat lady aint sung yet.

Agree9 Disagree4

It hasn`t really harmed other clubs who have sold the rights to name the ground has it? if it is a weay out of this mess then let it be!

Agree7 Disagree6

Unfortunately you would get very little for selling the name of the stadium. Less than the shirt sponsorship as exposure would be significantly less.

The more realistic move would be to sell the stadium - then the buyer can charge rent and rename the stadium.

Agree2 Disagree1

You get little for selling the name?

Try telling Man City and Arsenal

Agree2 Disagree1

Man city and arsenal play in the most widely watched league in the world, arsenal 13 years in a row champions league, man city! their owner paid there deal

Agree0 Disagree3

taco

Agree3 Disagree0

Arsenal play in a league that provides the winners with £15,000,000 per year plus huge add ons for live games taking it to £85,000,000, plus they are also in the Champions League proper year on year.

The stadium in brand new state of the art, with a 15 year name lease and 8 year shirt sponsorship for £100,000,000.

Meanwhile Rangers play in a league that offers the winners, including live games £3,000,000 and struggles to achieve any income from European football year on year. Rangers have a shirt sponsorship for £1,5000,000 a year over 3 years.

The difference in Arsenals income and Rangers is exponential. So if Arsenal got £100,000,000 from Emirates, then Rangers would be extremely lucky to get £10,000,000.

Agree2 Disagree3

Its a jokr all we read is a rant on whether we sign aluko or not,yes he donr well but is he good enuf to beat the teams we could meet in euro qualies, the standerd has been dropped and from a very close source the same man that tipped keane going to celtic is desmond has struck a deal for tevez for 6 munth with tims piking up 60g of his wages, leaving them with first refusal on james forrest ,it is also likely the jelavic saga is a smokescreen as mcgregor will b the days big news any one notice how he left the field on satetday?

Ortiz has gone back to his former club Almeria, maybe this could free up some cash to offer jaager or claros a deal not holding my breath just now but with whittaker and broadfoot both out and only mcmillan as the only natural RB we could be doing with jaager on board

GovanEastLoyal

Believable10 Unbelievable3

Yep I think that's the plan mate. Don't know who but it certainly free's up a wage for somebody.

Agree5 Disagree0

Guys, it frees up a wage. Certain about that? How much percentage will we still be paying. There is no guarantee that the other club will pick up 100% of his wages. Anyway, the chairman has said that we need to reduce the wage bill so that gets another wee chip away at his £7m a year reduction.

Agree4 Disagree0

Yes but in the mean time we will do the Rangers thing and continue to play bartley out of position at RB when we have mcmillan there ok hes not the best youth but at least give hime the chance. Also what about Darren Cole? he looked a decent prospect when he played. Why do we not play youth other than Gregg Wylde the most left sided right winger to grace the game.

Why the bitterness towards everton for it's not their fault that jelavic is a mercenary is it

Agree9 Disagree4

Jelavic is a mercenary? Why, cause he knows he has the ability to play in the EPL, cause he wants to feature for Croatia in the EUROs.

The guy has not said anything negative towards rangers or the fans.. but he also knows he is our biggest asset and if we can get a good figure for him he will go....and take with him a Championship medal

He was always using Rangers as a stepping stone, good luck to the big guy.

And to all the Rangers fans slating him, I bet you weren't slating him when he scored the goals against Celtic, or the Overhead kick against Aberdeen, or how about his freekick against hamilton in a game that was going 0-0. or the Freekick against Killie.

Agree3 Disagree0

As i said weeks ago despite all the talk about possible transfers etc and i would add contradictions each week it is a pretty fair bet that Jelavic will go over the next 24 hours and we will of course not have had time to bring in a replacement, never mind the fact that even with Jelavic we should have been trying to bring in another forward to the one area of the club that we are really short of numbers.

Agree3 Disagree0

Depressing times for us Rangers supporters, the Chairman, Board, Manager and most of our players are rank rotten, we're out of Europe and the Cup, the league looks out of reach after squandering a sizeable lead, our transfer negotiations (in and out) are embarrassing, and yet as I read down this page I saw numerous posts from "the other lot" and I remembered why I support Rangers, and it's not for silerware. We all say We Are The People but have we forgotten what it means ?

The Club is undoubtably in a state of crisis just now and I feel that it is our duty to the Club to voice our displeasure at the current state of affairs but in a dignified manner that doesn't harm the Club further. I don't agree we should just blindly follow hoping for the best, nor do I think we should start demonstrating (yet), but we are the life blood of Rangers, never mind HMRC without us supporters Rangers doesn't exist end of. I feel we need to emphasise this point all the way to the Boardroom sending them a clear message "Shape up or we will ship you out, you may be in charge but it's our Club"

Why is it absurd when Rangers offer less than the asking price? Jelavic is valued at 10 million by Rangers, how many teams do you think will offer the asking price for him straight away? No one! They will come with offers round about the 6 million mark! Just because we made a mess of the Goodwillie deal doesn't mean we have to meet the asking price for every player we are interested in, Claros is a player coming from a league below the standard of the Spl, The same apply's to Jelavic with the Epl being a much stronger league than the Spl, there value to the buying club will be less because of that fact!!

Agree2 Disagree1

Well it doesnt give us the right to deal like this!! these players are coming for a trial and leaving without having a clue what there situation is! is a disgrace!

Agree1 Disagree0

The problem with this one is how can a guy who was shot in the head six months ago and has hardly played any football can suddenly be worth 800k the truth they hear rangers and add 3 zeros they dont relise we have no money but maybe we could do a whipround and send them 800 thousand empty irn bru bottles lol

Agree1 Disagree0

Why bring them if no money, very shoddy way to hoodwink the fans into thinking a deal was on the cards, does the club no credit whatsoever,Whyte is dragging you down to his level

Agree1 Disagree1

Whats the flight time got to do with it?

Agree2 Disagree0

Rangers ARE penniless so why are they wasting time bringing players on trial that they know they can't sign. they are wasting players time that they could be using to actually find a club. rangers are just soft soaping the supporters

Agree3 Disagree0

Have seen Amateur teams who are better organised and they dont have loads of money, but go about their business in a professional manner

Agree2 Disagree0

While i will continue to support the players on the park,i do really believe it is time for all fans to demand some straight answers from Craig Whyte. He has a responsibility to explain the facts and instead of Ally saying one thing then contradicting himself on the next occasion our so called Chairman or that other individual Gordon Smith (Director of Football) God help us. Totally fed up with all the total drivel being spouted.

Rangers have had an 'absurd' offer turned down for midfielder Jorge Claros by Motagua, according to the Honduran club.

Claros recently spent two weeks on trial at the Glasgow side trying to secure a contract and impressed coaching staff.

But the Honduras international has returned to Central America empty-handed after Rangers' bid fell short of Motagua's valuation.

The club reportedly wanted £800,000 for the highly-rated 26-year-old but, according to president Pedro Atala, cash-strapped Gers offered much less.

Atala said: "The truth is that Rangersoffered an absurd amount for Claros. We made it clear from the start what we believed was a fair price.

"He is a very good player and deserves to be treated better than this."

What's the point in copying and pasting from a newspaper? Do you think you are the only one who reads them? We can read for ourselves, come up with something original.

After the last transfer window whyte said they wer new to the game and wear perhaps a bit nieve and that it would be different in january , well its worse , tedbear

Times have changed. We used to just pay what was asked, now we negotiate. Turn it round and look at the offers for Jellyfish, should we just give him away for the first ofer made, I think not, we try and get the best deal for the club in both buying and selling.

To access this site they obviously have internet access so why would they come on here rather than go direct to the website of any national newspaper to copy and paste?

After the departures of Jelavic and Juanma Ortiz Rangers will sign Salihi from Rapid Vienna in a £500,000 deal along with James McFadden (part of Jelavic deal), David Templeton from Hearts £500,000 plus add-ons and Kris Boyd on a free transfer.

Quote me on these if you like.

No way on this earth will rangers spend 1m in this transfer window. some fans still don't realise the situation the club is in, and just how serious the situation actually is.

Agree7 Disagree1

Hope you right mate id be happy with that

Agree3 Disagree3

Blue bear - your living in a dream son! Are these boys macfadden especially gonna play for 5 grand a week like! I very much hope so but I'm not that drunk at this time on a Monday ! macGER

Agree4 Disagree1

I dont think rangers will have a problem with paying the 1m in transfers but they'll never pay the wages for all they players!! james mcfaddens wages would be clear out of our budget! i think this is his main reason for taking yellafish off the books coz he is on such a high wage.

No chance of getting anyone in if only getting 3.5 mil. Upfront! Probably why mc coist said after game we would manage without "jelly" cant wait for window to shut, then expect answers, not that we will get them !

And if the Croatia goalscorer does leave Ibrox, then Rangers boss Ally McCoist could make a move for Hearts' David Templeton. meanwhile ortiz is set for a move to spanish outfit almeira.

Take it they forget there's already a team play at Hampden

Agree0 Disagree1

Take it you forget that Celtic leased Hampden for a season in the 90's when there was a team already playing there

Agree9 Disagree0

Why would that mean anything?

Agree0 Disagree0

As celtic park was getting a makeover,y would whyte b leasung hampden,

Company i work for are submitting quotes for major work at ibrox and would see closure of a stand for at least 6 months so Hampden lease is not as stupid as some might be thinking

jf jelavic goes today why we dont go back to austria vienna with an offer for hamdi salihi the albanian cf , his contract expires in june and on his website he said he has spoke to jelavic and would welcome a move to rangers, surelly we can offer 500,000 for him from the transfer money, i think he would be great for us.
the bear in the bay

Believable4 Unbelievable2

That money is needed for the day to day running of the club.

Yes i can understand that we need money for day to day running , that transfer money comes in season ticket money in on march , surely we can afford him plus ortiz is going back to his former club ,so theres another wage off the bill.

I can't see that just says everton in talks to sign jelavic

They have only offered 6Million

You joking? You think Everton are going to spend 9 million? Don't know if you've noticed but they're more shrewd and stingey than us! We'd be lucky to get anything more than 6 from them.

A wouldn't trust 2 idiots that can't even spell jelavic's name correctly

A move now also appears unlikely for Honduran midfielder Jorge Claros, following his trial spell.

McCoist added: "Where we are at the moment with Claros is we are not in a position to offer him a contract yet.

"We will sit down again tomorrow and Monday to discuss the situation. He has done well and he has looked comfortable.

"Being 100% honest, we are slightly better covered in that position than we are in one or two positions.

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Yet again Whyte and Smith make us look a laughing stock. Before Claros started his trial at Murray Park this figure of 800,000 was put around but we go in with a stupid bid, bit of a pattern forming with bids I think!! Next home game against Dundee United, fans should let Mr tight know exactly what we think. Rangers were in a mess with Murray however nothing is any better but in fairness they could handle the transfer dealings professionally and things now are getting worse than ever. This tax case, they must know the outcome or have an idea and what the future holds so tell us, the signings or lack of them and the bids, the board and shady members, Ellis?? we pay good money to watch the team and deserve the truth, which is another rant, season ticket money March? Why exactly?

Agree4 Disagree1

Nobody has a clue re the tax case, money needed NOW as obviously the running costs are on-going.

Agree0 Disagree1

Yes transfers were handled properly by murray because he paid what was need when it was needed and look at the state of us now!! Wake up mate the days of throwing money around are gone. Get a grip and realise this is the market we are now in and why pay more than is needed afterall bidding is legal. If you were buying a house would you pay the asking price? We arent the only club in the world who makes lowm offers for players. Look at socheux's handling of the Edu offers. Frankly some clubs over value their players end of. Setting a limit and starting bidding low is a sensible way of doing business look at auctions thats how they work. Unfortunately me nor you or many of our fans have the knowledge or money to control our club so im afraid there is not alot we can do. People like yourself will not have alot to say no matter what the outcome of this tax case.

scott burns, daily express claims jellavic handed a transfer request and is off to everton,3.5m up front add ons for goals scored and league placing.

It says there has been no formal bid on the Everton website but discussions are ongoing

Agree0 Disagree1

Yet we turned down 6.5 and 7 Mil. Pile of garbage as is everything else involved with Rangers atm.

Agree0 Disagree1

Jelavic will not go to Everton for that money. Smokescreen...

Agree1 Disagree4

I was on an Everton website, and most fans seem to think their chairman came in with a lower bid to pretend to their fans that they are trying to sign players, as they are also skint. But they are a prem team so my thinking is that Everton will sign Jelavic on the never never, in the hope they dont get relegated, then they pay Rangers the rest of the money, giving Rangers the 7 to 8 million they wanted. Fair enough deal ! but my problem is this, what if Everton get relegated ?. Rangers would have no chance of seeing the remaining cash, sounds like a gamble all round.

Agree0 Disagree4

Cant you fellow bears see whats happening here whyte needs as much money up front as poss he knocked back a better deal last week cause it was less up front. Also he has til 5 pm tomorrow to get the accounts signed off or that will be another promise to the fans broke

Agree4 Disagree1

Whit?? No £9 million up front, lol

Agree2 Disagree1

Minus 25% sellon due to rapid,1 million for weir, and tax, enough left to buy eh eh!

Agree2 Disagree3

Craig whyte saying jelavic is valued at 10m yet set to leave f0r up to 6m. sums up everything about rangers right now - FARCE

Agree4 Disagree1

Whats the big deal about 5pm tomorrow?

Agree2 Disagree1

Their is no sell on fee to rapid, and they could put a sell on clause on contract if everton are relegated he is sold and rangers get a big chunk of fee

Agree2 Disagree1

Well its up to the fans to demand to know if there is money due to rapid.seems to be a real shortage of operational cash at ibrox.

Agree2 Disagree1

If Everton get relegated they still get over 30mil mate. Blackpool got 39 last year. I got this info of a website that ED gave me, can't remember it. ED can post the link again pls. Thanks

Dtp89 {Ed014's Note - It is £48m over 4 years as parachute payments.

Think you guys are missing the point ,yes everton are skintight but rangers owe everton money from weir and ball deals,so everton will get the jelly man for a good price...gujo

Its a shock as we need a striker more! That's whats meant there

What about a punt on jody morris (take the limelight off Davis for a bit) and strike a deal with everton for a loan on a striker, anichebe not great but would do a job up here I think and Boyd, 3 decent players for jellyfish

Believable2 Unbelievable8

3 players and cash! are you mad

Agree2 Disagree2

No 1 player, Morris! Boyd free and anichebe or another striker on loan! 1 player out 3 in that can produce at a decent level! Enough to carry us through to the end of the season I don't know but would be in with a better shout than him staying I think!
