I agree, we need to be honest with our young players who we feel won't get near our first team at rangers.

youth team is pointless, we never give them a chance this is why we lost guys like gilmour and will continue to loose them. for me we should be giving nathan young combes, kai kennedy and the like an odd sub appearance. ood enouh old enough. and some will say too early will put them off if it puts them off they are not up to it if they are they will go away and work harder to make it.

Billy Gilmore was on a youth contract, we offered him and contract and time with the first team and he rejected. The prospect of signing for a team like Chelsea is to big and I'm certain 99% of youth players would take that opportunity and that's the reality of it.

OMG. we’ve just beat the unwashed at breeze block mountain. The value of our squad has risen in the past 6 months by 100 m and you gerforlife are nuancing about the youth squad? Stevie knows best . if they are good enough they will play .
Games are too important for self indulging experiments. This season and possibly next are way too important. Ps I don’t see much of billy Gilmour In Chelsea first team . The boy wanted to leave simple . He didn’t want to be tied to us simple . We can't handcuff him to the dugout.

Gerforlife, i think we are about to see big changes in regards youngster playing for the big team, we can't afford to keep pumping millions into other clubs, we've got the right people running our team& club, so ime sure we will soon see some youngsters getting first team football.
