He is out for the rest of the year with a fractured cheekbone. So this is not a celtic fan at the wind up.

Agree4 Disagree0

Rangers expect to be without Francisco Sandaza for the rest of the year after he sustained a broken cheekbone during the club's League Cup win over Motherwell.

The Spanish striker was taken off following a first half collision with opposition defender Shaun Hutchinson, initially playing on before being forced out of the action.

Sandaza underwent an operation on Thursday and, although Rangers expect his initial recovery period to last eight weeks, the club have said they expect to be without the former St Johnstone man until the turn of the year.

Oh dear Timmy is never believed, it's like that time we told them the tax man was going to close them down and they didn't believe us until a picture of him was published in The Sun! It's also like that time we told them they'd be liquidated. Now when're telling them titles will be stripped!!

Agree2 Disagree1

Injury forcing mccoists hand to play youth and it paying off , lucky but happy either way sandancer has been a mistake... george

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh no, how will 'the Rangers' make up for the two goals he would have scored in that time? Answers on a postcard...

Agree0 Disagree0

^
Your no a real fan if you base your conclusion on big fran being a bad signing from the games hes played. Was just starting to get match fit and this injury messed things up. I've said on here before, we have a completely new team who needs to gel. As soon as we realise we cant lump the ball in the air to fran he'll come good. Looking at his stats, and what i've seen of him in scottish football, he doesnt score or win much in the air. Most of his goals have come from beating the offside trap with a pass on the deck.

Agree1 Disagree1

Sandaza has been rubbish looks yards too slow - miss him - yer joking

Agree0 Disagree0

To say "your not a real fan" just because you have a different opinion is a load of keich. So anyone that does not agree with you isn't a real fan. It's single minded people like you that are the problem but that's only MY opinion.

Agree0 Disagree0

Could go back to his other job as the wedding singer.

Heard at work today from somebody who was speaking to Stevie Kirk ( ex Motherwell ) that McCall is being lined up to replace Super Ally , the link being McCall & Green from their Sheffield Utd days?

Believable57 Unbelievable83

Think McCall will be next manager, but not for a long time yet

Agree1 Disagree1

Hope so ally is no manager and one win does not cut it for me ! My blood runs blue but with him in charge its just a step back. w.a.t.p. r.t.i.d

That explains last nights result then.

Agree0 Disagree0

I love the paranoia from the dhims haha!

Do you lot genuinely think that the 11players on the pitch try to lose the game, are all 11 of them rangers fans, including the foreigners? Or has your delusions finally reached the stage where you should be seeking medical attention

Agree0 Disagree1

Its obviously not that they wanted to lose mate, its that they weren't even close to being commited enough against a fired up Rangers side with a partizan crowd behind them. Mate they proper bottled it! But you know what, Rangers can only beat whats put in front of them and they did that in style so credit where its due, it deserved to be 3 or 4 nil.

3rd best Rangers performance under Sally.

3-2 against the tic, 4-2 against the tic, then tuesday night. Closely followed by a 3-0 win against motherwell at fir park last season. Rangers had half a team injured that day. Jordan McMillan had a great game at right back that day then never got a kick of the ball again for Rangers. No wonder he left.

Agree0 Disagree0

McCoist & Green have built up a strong trust in each other since Green took over, and the performance agst Motherwell has only underlined McCoist's foreseeable future. Ally saw in the first half where Motherwells weakness was and sent out a team of lions to feed on their prey. McCoist Stays story ended!

Agree0 Disagree0

With all respect to a Rangers legend like McCall, is that who we really want?

Ally's not been the greatest managerial find in the world, even with his apprenticeship under Walter (albeit he's had a tough situation to work with).

McCall's done well, but he's not proven at the top level (no offence Motherwell fans).

Should we not be aiming higher? I'm also not advocating that this should happen next week, or next year, only when we reach the top leagues again. (Although it would then be hard to argue that McCoist had done a poor job, ironically!)

Agree0 Disagree0

One off result for you, we were poor but the wee teams always rise to the occasion when they play the big teams.

Agree0 Disagree0

He obviously thought the job was his already judging by his teams performance on Wed night!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Mccall not been lined up stop talki g pish nobody been lined up cos mccoist is man and only man st moment for job end of

Agree0 Disagree0

You heard at work ?? iv never heard so much garbage in all my life ... a sevco fan with a job whatever next ...

With McCall's record against oldco I thought he was already at the club!

Rangers have huge plans in coming months, many of which are dependant on results of EBT. If Rangers are found not guilty by taxman of missusing EBT's scheme, Rangers newco will purchase oldco and pay tax bill of £20 million. Now here's a shock, if so David Murray will put a few million into helping paying the £20 million as he is deeply hurt by fact Rangers fans do not like him anymore, though he understands their feelings as well. Club also plan to have between £50-100 million invested in hotel and leisure facilities at ibrox. This will be mainly funded by external investors and companies. Rangers are also going to open 20 plus club shops worldwide within next 2 years. Things are looking up, and well done boys for last night - I was very proud of you.

Believable54 Unbelievable70

This is quite simply not true at all.
Hmrc were owed 24.5m including agreed small tax case.
There were 276 creditors in total owed 60m plus 80m possible for big tax case. Ticketus are also a creditor for 22.5m.
I don't believe DMs businesses nor bankers will allow him to put a nickel into Rangers. He played a blinder offloading 140m debt crippled football club for 1. After he had withdrawn millions from it for over 20 years, at least 6m of which was tax free.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oldco cannot now be purchased. It had its one chance of CVA and failed. It's well down the liquidation path beyond the point of no return.

If you are going to post such drivel at least have the guts to put a name to it......Stevie

Agree0 Disagree0

And where is Murray going to get the money for that? The is 100s of millions in debt!!
He needs dollars, dollars is what he needs lol

Agree0 Disagree1

Rangers will be lucky to still be playing next season.Over a decade of ineligible players,if proven, playing domestic and european games can only have one logical outcome.Suspension/Expulsion from the game.
The Dual Contract investigation and/or the FTT result could kill RFC stone dead.Contrary to opinion on here, they're 2 seperate things, one totally unreliant on the other.
SDM promised the earth then sold out to Craig Whyte. The fans lapped it up.
Craig whyte promised the earth, the fans lapped it up.
Whilst all this was going on,other sources were telling of our financial problems.Rubbish said the fans.WATP.
Craig Whyte put the club into administration.Along came CG,an asset stripper with over 20 dissolved companies in his portfolio.Hurrah said the fans.
20 investors-still don't know who they are.
30m in the bank by July.no there isn't.
5 players from the Euros-where
9 on loan from Newcastle-Ditto
WE've no debt-Share issue needed to pay debts(CGs words, not mine)
In the past week we've had Adidas,Dallas Cowboys,Chuck Blazer, etc.Have any of these people even said they've met CG.
Now they're going to pay tax bills and invest 50m.b****cks.
Cg has come to make money, and the future of the club is secondary to this.I fear we'll find out sooner, rather than later, this is the case.
And for what it's worth, anyone who thinks we'll win the FTT or the dual contract investigation,is seriously deluded. There's plenty of evidence out there,if you can be bothered to look.
AND I'M A RANGERS SUPPORTER!

Agree0 Disagree0

I heard the same thing too. Only difference is that the Easter bunny was putting up 100 million, Santa was gonna be the manager of one of the new shops, or was it the hotel, and spiderman and superman were going to dig the foundations cos this sort of opportunity only happens once in a super heroes life. Seriously I cant believe that you would even entertain such bollix never mind spend time typing about it!

Be thankful you still have a club to support and start living in the real world. You are a division 3 minnow who will never see a reminder of a successful past to anywhere near the same level.

Not scared just fact.

I AM A RANGERS FAN, one of the most realistic posts i've read on here well done........Stevie

Agree0 Disagree1

Mate altough some of that was a bit harsh and maybe unfair. Someone needed to give the OP and the 20 odd agree's a wake up call. FFS Oldco back from the dead...Its embarrassing. Hotels, Dallas cowboys, Leisure facilities, 20 new club shops. COME ON EH. Go and have a word with yourselfs.

We are in division 3 and lucky to still have a club to support after the greedy, arrogant narcissistic, persons who gambled with the future of our club by running up crippling debts, using questionable payment methods to bring in star players to massage they're ego's and basically lying theyre arses off to us all along.

Enough of the verbal diarrhoea, lets just hope when this mouthpiece Green jumps ship we are still in one piece and that a TRUE Rangers man or even a TRULY honest man is left with the keys to Ibrox.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lets get one thing straight. The guy above who is talking so negatively about rangers and the fans AND THEN feels hechas to stress the fact he is a rangers supporter....he IS NOT A RANGERS SUPPORTER. IT DOESNT MATTER HOW HARD U TRY U CANT HIDE IT BUDDY! WATP. STEWART.

Agree0 Disagree0

No more of this please. Lets get back on our feet and rebuild. As for the massive posting from the alleged Rangers fan. I can assure you RFC are in stable ground as regards to finance and will be here a lot longer than 99% of other Scottish teams. And probably the Stupid Football Ass. They keep blowing money on how to make Football better .

Agree0 Disagree0

Read this if you think there is any way back for Rangers.
I got banned from followfollow for posting this, people need to open their eyes before its too late again.
FFS even bomber knows there is some real dodgy goings on but he seems powerless to do anything about it.
Please read carefully.........
Assume that both Sevco5088 and Sevco Scotland are owned by a parent company called Sevco plc. which is registered offshore (perhaps in the BVI where Liberty Capital is registered)

Sevco as parent co of Sevco5088 is also legally entitled to buy RFC (IA) assets for 5.5m.
This seems a bargain price particularly since it will be reduced by 2.75m if players refuse to be transferred for a fee.
Since this happened in practice the real purchase price was probably around 2.75m.

Sevco plc. was able to acquire these assets for a bargain 2.75m because it accepted responsibility for a Ticketus contract and 3 floating charge debts owed to RFCG, Close Leasing and the Scottish Sports Council.

So

D&P are instructed that everything bought from RFC (IA) by Sevco 5088 is to be transferred from RFC (IA) to Sevco plc.
This allows Sevco5088 to drop out of the picture altogether.
We thus move from a scenario where RFC (IA) assets are being sold to a UK Co (Sevco5088) to one where RFC (IA) assets are being sold to an offshore co Sevco plc
Sevco plc then transfers the Sottish Sports Council floating charge plus Ibrox and MP to its subsidiary co Sevco Scotland.
This means Sevco Scotland owes its parent co big bucks for these valuable assets.

Sevco plc. retains the Ticketus contract together with the RFCG and Close Leasing floating charges over Ibrox and MP.
As an offshore co Sevco plc. Is not obliged to register the RFCG and Close Leasing floating charges at Companies House.
By taking on these floating charges Sevco plc. have to pay Whyte 27.5m (or whatever lower figure they agree) to cancel the Floating Charge.
Similarly , Sevco plc. have to pay Close Leasing to cancel their Floating Charge.

We thus end up with the following situation.

Sevco Scotland owe their parent co for the value of the assets transferred (perhaps the 50m recently quoted by a Sevco Scotland Director)
Sevco plc. owe CW some agreed figure to cancel out his floating charge
Sevco plc. owe Ticketus the right to sell 27m of STs over the next few years
A share issue takes place which enables Sevco Scotland to reduce its debt to parent co Sevco plc.
Sevco plc. Then pay off Close Leasing and RFCG with some of the fund raising proceeds
Ticketus get a staged payment on their 27m debt as their share of the fund raising

Everybody lives happily ever after,

Apart from TRFC the football club which is stuck with debt owed to its parent co Sevco plc. and a Ticketus deal that will last for years.

Plus of course
Any fans who think that by investing in the fundraising they will be getting better quality players on the park

Agree0 Disagree0

Your whole thing started off with "assume" so I stopped reading as you are talking tosh!!

Agree0 Disagree0

the above statement from CG clearly mentions debts. remove your head from the sand. i dont know how we still have debt but in my gut we are running so close to the bone it scares me! i dont believe this "investor" patter or any other garbage he spouts. one thing ive learned in the last 2 years is whatever the man at the top says believe the opposite

Agree0 Disagree0

I smell sh1te ! SDM is into the Lloyds Banking group and others for HUNDREDS of millions of pounds, he couldn't care less about fans liking him, would all fans wake up and realise the reality of the situation. Are we really ready to fall for the same re-development, hotels etc p1sh that Murray used to spout ?

Agree0 Disagree0

Even without the big tax case rfc (awaiting liquidation) were in debt of 51.6 m according to D+P

Agree0 Disagree0

I've got to admit where the hell is craig whyte? After what he's done, he's just vanished like a phantom! No media investigation nothing. Very shady! No government body has ever confirmed that he's totally out of the picture, it really is a game of trust. After what we've been through, its not a good foundation for a share issue? Green talks a good talk, and he has delivered, for he which deserves credit. BUT there IS a lack of transparency, big time! I can only think that IF it's that bad, Bomber brown would have found a way to warn us, surely? The suits have burned us, we must be vigilant!

hi ed, rumour is edmiston house will become the new rangers superstore, with the present superstore becoming the new ticket office, boyblue !!

Believable29 Unbelievable35

As somebody pointed out yesterday isn't it a strange coincidence that in the period when it's entirely possible the BTC result is in, that these two meet for the first time? (& remember Murray will be informed of the result 7-10 days before it's announced to the public).

Something very fishy going on here!

Edminston house will become a hotel if it goes through, might need to extend. Club in talks with major hotel chains holiday inn and marriott to name two. Also expect the club to talk to city council in next few months about buying land next to community pitch at ibrox.

Agree0 Disagree0

Will take a lot to turn into an hotel. Is there enough windows for starters.

Agree0 Disagree0

I remember the club. I used to go in for a pint with my dad before the games, quite a few years ago.
The place had snooker tables with blue baize, too.
Shame it closed down.

24,913 was the attendance tonight.

I was slightly aggrieved, having dug into my pockets to attend tonight, to learn that people had been getting free admission.

Green at his best!

Believable49 Unbelievable61

Free admission first i heard of it. if this was the case then it must have been for the rest of the spl chairmains to see how we can survive without them lol

Agree0 Disagree0

29413 is the official attendance.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh dear timmy with false rumours, every bear paid at the gate, no free tickets! get your own house in order 9000? pmsl

Agree0 Disagree0

Where's this about free admission? Not heard anything about that

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah loads of freebies on the go last night but personally I support the idea as if you go along free and enjoy the game then you'll likely come back again. And pay!

BARNEY BEAR

Agree0 Disagree0

If Rangers1872 weren't viable with 34,000 season ticket holders paying full price and running a 10m deficit how can The Rangers be viable with 34,000 people paying half the price and on occasion resorting to letting people in for free?

It smells of desperation!

Agree0 Disagree0

Op. my oh my wasnt it your lucky night ,do you want jam on it ,i would have paid double what i paid last night to watch it again ,what a difference when gers play with attacking wingers doug t.s.o

Agree0 Disagree0

Nae idea why 19 folk have disagreed with me.What happened last night wasn't fair on the significant minority who had paid to get it.Its devaluing and cheating the honest supporter prepared to put his hand in his pocket.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well tell us where you sat cause i sat in the goven and i didnt see handfulls of free tickets outside the goven. ken what ill contact rangers then we will have the truth in front of us cause i reading anymore crap.

Agree0 Disagree0

How can I put this mate since you appear not to be very bright......NOBODY GOT IN FOR FREE, NOBODY, EVERYBODY PAID TO GO IN AND WATCH THE GAME, not rocket science is it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Read one guy going to ask Ibrox bosses for truth on the free tickets issue. They would be the last poeple I would ask if I was wanting the truth going from previous experiences

Agree0 Disagree0

There weren't free tickets. It's Timmy being mischiveous again to deflect from their poor turn out which wasn't televised

Agree0 Disagree0

This game wasn't included on our season ticket so go and get a life ...
30 thousand + tonight and when you throw in it being on the BBC it wasn't a bad crowd.

Agree0 Disagree0

No they didn't!!

Agree0 Disagree0

The reason why there was complimentary tckts last night there was 200 or so in family stand and there was problem with their smart cards not working so rangers dished out tckts and there was no price printed on them

Agree0 Disagree0

There were no freebies given out last night. I'm told some compos were given to those who attended soccer schools but not as many as what is being said.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol it's soccer schools?

It's problems with smart cards?

Get your stories right.

There was personnel of The Rangers standing outside the shop and ticket office all afternoon. Word spread . . .

What garbage. Rangers are letting people in for nothing? Why? And i suppose the paltry 14000 who turned up at parkhead on tuesday paid between 50 and 100 smackers a skull for the privillege hence the pathetic attendance but it doesnt matter because youll, sorry they will, have taken in more money through the turnstiles. Is this what its come to with the tims and their efforts to play down the way the rangers support have got behind thier team.

Agree0 Disagree0

Again I see the Rangers obsessed diddies have not taken their medication, it's all about Rangers and do you know how we know........cause every site that is about Rangers is crawling with your mob, thank you for confirming its all about the Rangers, if you actually put as much effort into supporting your team the crowd for the cup game against Raith Rovers might have managed to get over 10,000, pitiful and embarrassing, now run along ladies.
